And now... a Steampunk Uniform! ::BA-DA!::
ok! so starting from the bottom: white and brown leather women's
spats shoes,
sheer stockings (light brown, or black), white linen/cotton flower-embroidered
petticoat with lace edging under a cotton and denim
wrap-dress with sheer fabric (any solid color)
sleeve puffs at the top part of the sleeve and the
lower sleeve is a sturdy cotton/ linen blend fabric with brass buttons at the rolled part of the sleeve.
Accessories! The
Corset-like Waist-cincher is made of brown leather on the sides and the front middle and back are spandex/elastic fabric ( the front middle hooks up with eyelet hooks then laces up for a tighter apperance). the gloves (fingerless of course!) are a neutral moleskin fabric with (again) brass buttons. The hat is a futuristic-flight-stewardess-meets- this-era-steampunk sort of deal with a green felt crown and tulle (any color) brim, decorated with a safety pin of brass charms and a big colorful peacock feather stuck in the crowns side. The
earrings are a watch face and a large cog dangling from short sterling silver chains. the
choker pendant is three small cogs and a turn-key pressed into Filo putty. the
Choker is black leather with a stainless steel ring holding it together in the middle and snaps in the back for a clasp.
