Nidea was swimming around a bit lost. She had been swimming for a few days now. Of course, she had unusually high stamina, so this happened rather often for her. Then, she saw a little turtle swimming by. "Hello!" Her and the turtle stared at each other for a while. "Ok.. you want to stay with me? We can be pals. Then, at least it won't feel so lonely when i get lost?" The turtle nodded and joined her. Then, the two of them decided to explore this area. There was a dock, and the water was much more shallow in this area. "Hmm..."

Tiffany had been swiming around lost for a couple of hours now. Upon spying the dock she swims closer hoping to find some help. "H-hello?" She calls out. Peering around nervously and swimming nearer she hopes there won't be anything dangerous hiding under there.

Nidea gave a look around. She knew she just heard something. "Hey, turtle, did you just hear something?" He gave a nod. "Me too! Let's go see who that was. Sounded like a fish I think..." And, the two gave a good swim, and then Nidea saw ripples. Following the ripples, she saw not too far off a clownfish. "Hey! We've come to save you!!!"

Squeaking in surprise she goes belly up crossing her eyes. As she floats towards the surface she notices that its just a beta and a little turtle. Blushing in embaressment she rights herself and swims nearer. "Oh, thats good.. I think I need to be rescued."

Nidea gave a smile when the clownfish warmed to them. "My name is Nidea. This is turtle. Actually, I just found him, but he looked like he could use a friend. Actually, I needed company. I kind of got myself lost. But, if we all help each other, I bet we can find our way home!"

Smiling shyly she nods. "I'm sure we can... I've only been lost for a few hours. How long have you been lost?" She swims nearer, some how placing herself below the turtle, and right beside Nidea. "By the way, I'm Tiffany."

Nidea looked back at Tiffany. "It's nice to meet you then. The three of us will do just fine I think. As for being lost.. who knows. I have never really taken up a home anywhere. I am ... like a rolling stone you could say. Just fluttering from one spot to the next. Even though I do hope to one day settle down. But... I know where I started at was much deeper. Was it deeper where you started at?"

She tilts her head thinking about it. "So you just make your home where ever you are? I'm... Not sure if it was deeper.. I know it was brighter though. Much much brighter." She shivers slightly pressing agisnt Nidea. "Are you sure there aren't any monsters around?"

Nidea smiled when the frightened clownfish cuddled up against her. "Well, I know I didn't see any when i was coming this way. But, I am no longer sure I'm going back the way I came. I must admit I am a tad bit forgetful. That is usually why I'm lost. And, i've never had anyone around to help keep my mind on the point. I say! I have a most splendid idea. Why don't all three of us just stick together? and, then.. we're kind of like a family. or.. maybe that's not the right word.. but... a team! yEAH! A TEAM!" She was feeling really happy by now. She motioned a fin towards turtle to stick close to Tiffany's other side.

Smiling she blushes slightly. "Being part of a team sounds nice. I'll do my best to keep you focused, but I'm pretty easily frightened..." She blushes even brighter snuggling agisnt her. Smiling at the turtle she can't help but feel a bit safer around these two.

"This is perfect then. When you're scared, I'll help you be brave. When I forget what I'm doing, you'll help me remember and focus. And, if we should be at a loss, turtle there will do something lovely to help set us back on track. I say.. this is a really good idea. I am not sure I've ever had such a good idea ever before... or, if I did.. I surely can't remember anymore." She gave a small laugh. She was awful forgetful, and she knew it. Alas, what can one do except laugh at thyself when you can't help your shortcomings.

Giggling she gives her a little hug. "I'll make sure you don't forget this idea. Or any of the others I"m sure you'll have!" She declares loyaly. "I still wish it were a bit brighter around here though."

Then, the turtle waved to Nidea and motioned in a direction, so he swam up in front of them and led the way. Nidea was sure to hold on tight to one of Tiffany's fins to help her be brave. As they swam, the came out from under neath the dock. This allowed the sun to shine on the water, and the water got much brighter. "Ohhh... Wow. That turtle knows everything. We better not lose him."

Holding tightly to Nidea's fin she lets out a small ah when they get out from under the dock. Smiling brightly she looks around. "I"m sure he'll stick with us. Everything is always prettyer in the sunlight." Blushing she watches Nidea out of the corner of her eye.

Nidea just kept on looking around. "You might be right. This is a little nicer than the deep waters. I wonder why so many betas are so adamant about living in the deeper areas." Then she looked at Tiffany. "Do you have a home around here?"
