Also you know I'm joking 95% of the time, right? Personally, I have to wonder what kind of guy takes a date to the place where he's working, to begin with. A cheap one?

I have stricken Luthor's comments from the record. HOWEVER. Your other objections are overruled, Counsel Tem. The defense has every right to question the veracity of submitted evidence and to even disprove its authenticity.
What's more, I'm surprised that you're submitting his girlfriend's ID card as evidence, given you are alledging that it was Luthor's actions that caused your client's impotence. One begins to wonder if she already wanted to break up with him and was looking for an easy out. If you aim to prove her as part of the conspiracy, than emotional distress and impotence charges would have to be leveled at HER, and not the defendant.

On the matter of the conspiracy, Counsel Tem, you are going to have to prove that it was in fact a secret affair and not public knowledge, or at least a duration of time when it was secret.
Counsel Murdock, you have yet to offer any real deffense except to say Mr. Powell had it coming to him. You have yet to even say WHY except that he is a public figure. Tread lightly here, you're starting to annoy me.

Your Honor, the ID card is intended to prove that we are not falsely accusing people based on having once said something nasty to my client. It has actual physical evidence on it that a Conspiracy exists, and the forensic evidence I've produced-the fingerprints, the ink types-tie many of the accused in, incontrovertibly. This IS a legit APC ID card, and it DOES prove that an Anti-Powell Conspiracy exists. I request that you rule Mister Murdock abandon his line of questioning my client's sanity.
I would also like to request that if Mister Mudock does not control his clients that some penalties be levied here, your Honor. I feel that Mister Murdock is trying to use a wave of the hands here to distract from the true point of the case.
