It was night time in Karakura as a Dark Mirror opened up in front of Ky's beautiful mansion as Xeion, Vice Captain of the Ninth Squad, stepped out and breathed in the fresh air of the human world. He was already in his gigai form so it meant that anyone could see him. Looking around, he saw two guards there, standing dumbstruck from what they have just seen the young man come out of. Seeing their shocked faces, Xeion scratched his head and let out an awkward snicker.

"Ehehehe...umm...hi?" He said and quickly pulled something out from his pocket -- a letter of invitation for Ky for the upcoming concert. Handing it over to the two guards, he smiled. "Excuse me, could you please give this to Ky? tell him it's from Xeion Kuchiki." He said, bowed once more and left, leaving the two guards standing still like statures while holding the invitation in their hands. They were obviously still in shock.

Waking up in the wee hours of the morning, Ky looked at his clock and saw that it was still five thirty in the morning. He only slept for a mere six hours. Yawning, he made his way down to the dining hall as he was greeted by his faithful servants, ready for yet another day of serving him, asking him if they can be of help. With a reassuring nod, his servants diligently went to work as Ky snickered. It was only recently he noticed how his own servants seemed to be enjoying working under him, a thing which he didn't notice back when he was still infatuated with the idea of revenge. "Is this what you wanted me to see, Xeion...?" He asked himself and smirked. "I see it."

The servants gave the newcomer a reassuring nod and went to fetch their master, Ky. Some of them escorted the young man to the living room and asked him to wait there for their master. A few minutes passed and another man entered the room. He had long, white hair and wore a monocle on his left eye. He wore elegant clothes which were reminiscent of 18th Century French fashion and acted in such a way that it was unmistakable that he was of noble upbringing.

"Yes, what can I do for you?" Ky asked, taking a seat on the chair in front of the young man. He crossed his legs and leaned on the couch, waiting for his reply.

Ky smirked. "Koga, eh? Very well, if that is what he said, then I should be flattered, shouldn't I?" He said sarcastically, calling to his servants to bring them two glasses of red wine and cake. While waiting for the orders, Ky decided to examine the background on this boy some more in order to see if he truly wished to master his Doll.

"If you want to master it, I suggest you take time and synchronize with it. Just like when a shinigami obtains his shikai by learning the name of his zanpakuto, the Bount, too, also evolves by synchronizing with his Doll. However, this process is anything but easy. You will experience great pain while going through the synchronization process and only the most strongest of wills can survive it without being driven insane. So, if you're ready to walk down that path with your Doll, then I shall assist you. However, if I do that, you shall swear eternal loyalty to me, you shall give your life for me if the time calls for it, and in return, I shall turn you into a formidable adversary for your enemies."

"Good to hear." Ky smirked as the orders for wine and cake arrived. Taking up his own glass, he extended it to Ken, waiting for him to react. "Well then, a toast to our newfound alliance. May it last long and may it be fruitful for us both." He said, gesturing his hand for a toast of wine glasses to seal the deal before taking the first sip.

Sadhbh finally made her way to the mansion after gathering some information around town. She approached two guards as she fixed her clothing, and looked up at them. "I'm here to see a man by the name of Ky..." She said calmly as she patiently waited for a response. "This guy better be able to help me..." Sadhbh thought to herself with a snarl not even sure if this man was a Bount yet.

Ken felt the aura of a bount and said, "Yes we do, I shall wait here while you let our bount friend in." Ken was happy that there were more bounts then just him, Ky, and Koga. Denkou took another sip of his wine thinking, "This is the dawning of a new era."
