Imhotep smiled at the doorman and followed his mate up and the two stories and to the pools, they looked so inviting "they look so inviting" he said to his mate "your comming in too right?" he said teasing his mate as he nuzzled him a little before kissing the top of his head. He walked over to the side of the pool and took off his leather jacket and top and put them on the ground and then took off his pants and kept his board shorts on and decided to wait for Ari before getting in.

"Y-y-yeah." It was a dazed-sounding affirmation as the kitten stood at the side of the pool. He looked at Imhotep for a moment, cheeks bright red. "...O-of c-course." Ari looked at the floor now, eyes fixed there as he fingered the hem of his shirt nervously. Thinking about it was one thing, actualy taking action was something else entirely.

Imhotep walked over to ari and placed an arm around his waist and kissed his temple "darling, you can always go get on a t-shirt or something if you dont want to be topless" he said softly to the kitten. "its ok, I want you to be comfortable and if that means wearing a top while swimming then so be it, all I want is for you to enjoy this, not think that you have to go topless just because I am or theres some unwritten rule about it or anything" he said softly to the kitten as he nuzzled him.

His purring was soft at the cuddle and the kiss, almost non-existant, but there all the same. "N-no..." He made a slight face, and then raised his head to look at Imhotep again. "That's s-silly." It was a tease, though rather weak, and then he blushed. "J-just s-s-shy, that's a-all." Indeed, his fingers were now pulling upwards at the fabric, though only slightly. It wasn't necissarily that he thought Imhotep would make fun of him - far from it! - just the leftover anxieties of a boy who had been teased for most of his life.

Imhotep smiled at the kitten softly and kissed his temple once more before he moved away from him "I understand darling, just take your time, theres no hurry" he said as he stood there and waited for his mate before turning around and walking back over towards the other side of the pool area thinking that it might be a bit better for him if he didnt watch him and let him take his top off in his own time.

The kitten continued to blush, even after Imhotep had turned away. He took a deep breath, and then began to pull the shirt up little by little, biting his lip. Again, this had nothing whatsoever to do with Imhotep, or the wolf's attitude towards the kitten, or even Ari's feelings towards his mate. Just leftover worries that he was trying to shed. Finally, the shirt was off and folded on a nearby table, the kitten standing barechested. He was...well...pale. Like you couldn't tell before? And then...fingers flitted to the zipper of his jeans. Even harder to take action on, but he certainly wasn't going to go swimming in his JEANS. He just had to work up the courage, y'know?
(*figures that this isn't over the PG-13 limit, since Ari CERTAINLY isn't disrobing for a sexual purpose*)

Imhotep stood watching out a window waiting for his mate, he knew Ari would be adorable anyway with or without clothes on but still, even if he is polite, he still is a male and he still wouldnt mind seeing Ari as close to naked as possible. Sure he knew his mate would be hot but still he was male and he did want to turn around and perv at him but knew better of it, Ari was far to timid and shy as it was without knowing his mate was watching. He stayed where he was and stayed facing outside and gave ari the privacy that he wanted, he would be able to hold ari soon enough which was a pleasing thought so he was pleased to wait.

Ari looked over at Imhotep, and a wave of love and gratitude washed over him for how PATIENT the wolf was being with him. It was wonderful. So why didn't it give him the courage to simply...do this? His cheeks flushed as the thoughts traveled on. If he couldn't do this...how would they proceed? It was absurd, but he still felt so shy and uncovered.
He figured that it would feel better when he was snuggled up to Imhotep again. It was just the anticipation of what his mate might think of him that was making him so jittery. The metallic sound of a zipper being pulled was heard, and then the rustle of cloth as the second article of clothing came off, folded to join with the first. That being done, the little kitten padded over to Imhotep, eyes directed straight at the floor and blushing quite a bit.

Imhotep heard someone comming and turned around to have a look at who it was and smiled when he saw his mate "my Angel, you look beautiful" he said truthfully and sincerly as he walked over to him and tilted his head up to meet his gaze and looked into his eyes lovingly. He wraped an arm around Aris waist and pulled Ari closer to him, loving the feeling of Ari's body agiesnt his own "no matter what you wear or dont wear, you will always look beautiful to me" he said sincerly and softly "i love you so much my angel" he said just as softly as he bent down and softly yet passionatly kissed his mate.

The blush didn't receed one bit as Ari's head was tilted up to look at Imhotep, desperately fighting the desire to look elsewhere. It was alright, really...he was safe. Not going to make fun of you, certainly not going to leave you, so calm the hell down! The kitten bit his lip, blinking wide blue eyes one or twice. His blush only increased after that. Pulled close to the wolf, flattered, and then kissed. There was a halting, stuttering purr coming from deep in his throat, as his eyes fluttered closed, hands tentativly resting on Imhotep's shoulders

Imhotep mealted into the kiss completely and removed his hand from ari's chin and wraped it around his mates waist just like the other one and held him close as he kissed the kitten. After a few more moments of blissfully kissing his mate he parted slowly, nibbling on his bottom lip for a few minutes before kissing it and then parted completely, still holding the kitten close to him. He could say nothing, he just savored the kiss as he hugged his mate and nuzzled him a little, pleased to be in Ari's embrace, pleased to know that the kitten was his and nothing could ever part them and Imhotep was in totally blissful and nothing could ruin this moment.
He moved one arm up ari's back, taking in the scent of the kitten and was pleased to have him in his life for his life now had a sense of meaning and it was all thanks to this little kitten and Imhotep couldnt be happier even if he wanted to be.

Ari returned the kiss, a bit more reserved and shy than his mate, but no less pleased by it. The kitten's purr became a little less halting, and a little more sure. The hands placed on Imhotep's shoulders now slipped forwards so that his arms were hanging off the wolf's shoulder, hands clasped together behind his back.
He nuzzled against the wolf, dropping his head to Imhotep's shoulder after the kiss was over, pale cheeks violently red from residual embarassment, tail flicking back and forth behind him sharply.

((lol thank the gods he doesnt swim? Imhotep is thanking the gods noone else is around full stop. XD))
Imhotep rested his head agiesnt Ari's and stroaked his hair while holding him "I love you Ari" he whispered into the kittens ear "this day is perfect already and i only know that it is going to become more so, if that is even possible" he said softly as he nuzzled the kitten a little.

(Well, specifically Javert 'cause if that coon decided - not that he would, I can't even SEE the proud inspector doing anything for pleasure - that he wanted to take a swim and saw Ari like that...
Let's just say that the dear Inspector would flip out. XD;; To a very large degree. Oh, he probably wouldn't DO anything, but you really really don't want Javert hating you personally. It's not a good thing at all.)
"L-love you t-too." A stuttered little whisper, close enough that the kitten's warm breath would ghost over Imhotep's ear. His own flickered from the same sensation, purr only growing in volume and strength.

((LOL you DO intend on him having some sort of fun sometime this century dont you? Noone is going to want to mate someone whos worse then Cedric was straight off the bat XD
Though if he did start hating Ari Imhotep wouldnt be happy. Sure he can hate who he wants but Ari cant exactly stay locked up in his room and keep to himself like he can/does so he has no right to be hating the kitten when its his own fault to begin with XD))
Imhotep heard the words and smiled to himself as his tail waged back and forth gently in a happy fashion and stayed hugging the kitten as the sound of his purring was relaxing and he just didnt want to have this mement end.
