No, I think that you can't have children with a zombie, and that if you tried to have sex with one, it would be very confused and probably try to eat you and suck out your delicious brains.

you wouldnt become a Zombie. you need to get Infected by a Tropical Diesease or something like that. Now with a Vampire your exchanging Bodily Fluids (you drink his blood he drinks your bloo=Vampirism) so maybe with that but with a Zombie, Hell no.

id say its about a 70% chance of zombification it depends on many things eg. zombie bites you while having intercourse you get its blood in you some how but i think the real question is would you get the zombie to give you head ?
