J-list, one of the biggest Otaku stores internet wise.
Plus. 4chan in not that bad, only the board that are all out are, if you go to the music section, you might discover new music and if you go to the wall paper section, most wallpapers are amazing (there are some NSFW stuff in the wallpaper section though.)
But boards such as Hentai or Random ruin the whole site. sweatdrop
