She shook her head, causing her mane to fall back over her face as her body tensed. She could accept that he loved her, while it did take some convincing, she really did. But the fact that she was amazing? No way.
"Norryk.. I have seen myself before you know," she said softly.

It was one thing to see ones self threw there own eyes. It was another to look as another saw them. Sighing softly he shook his head brow furrowed slightly. "For now Ravyn I will not push you, but in time you will understand." he murmured resting his his chin down on her back.
He rested for a time, he really hadn't slept much all things considered. Once he had awoken although he nosed at her gently. "Come." he murmured moving towards the caves entrance to step outside.

She shook her head at him, but she didn't object further. With a small sigh, she set her head on her paws, closing her eyes.
She opened her eyes as soon as he nosed her. She had only been resting, she hadn't slept. The pregnancy tended to drain her energy. That had been one of the things that had led her to believe that she was indeed pregnant. With a small nod, she got to her feet and followed him out.

Norryk moved at an easy pace so they were not rushing. Why should they? They had until the end of days together. This fact made him smile yes, but for now he was concentrated on her. While the walk took them longer then usual, considering they or he stopped to get them both food he soon found them both at the lake. The water was clear enough one could see there own reflection. He did not imminently lead her to it.
Instead they remained there in there usual spot curled up. It was not until the hour of twilight did he walk her to the pool. Firstly he asked her to look into the lake, and explain what she saw.

She gave him an odd look, but did follow him to the edge of the pool. Frowning, she leaned over and looked down at her reflection. It rippled slightly, but not enough to distort what she saw.
"I see myself," she said dryly. "As I always have. Grey and black with a long mane and sad eyes." Looking up at Norryk, she shook her head. "I do not know how you can see anything else."

Norryk shook his head and gently nosed at her. "Do you wish to know what I see?" He murmured softly before studying her in the pools reflection. "I see a beautiful woman. She has long flowing hair, silver gray fur that contrasts well with the lady's dark mane."
He paused, looking thoughtful. "While her eyes are sad, they are expressive. Lastly I see you. All beauty aside, you have had to struggle alone." He sighed softly and nuzzled her. "You will not have to be sad, so long as I can help it."

The messenger's eyes widened more as he spoke and she stared at him. She continued to stare at him for a few moments after he stopped, tears making their way to her eyes. "Oh... Norryk.." She moved closer to him, burying her face in his fur. "Thank you. Thank you so much," she murmured.

Norryk shook his head softly. "There is no need to thank me Ravyn. I merely speak from the heart." He murmured softly closing his crimson red eyes. He lay-ed his head across her neck, the closest a four legged animal could come to a hug if you will and stood with her in the quiet of the forest and did not move away. "I love you." He murmured softly smoothing her furr.

He stretched a bit lazily, eyes scanning the small cave they'd claimed as there own. He had only wandered to acquire food for her... simply because today was truly a surreal... almost impossible amazingly beautiful. They'd had three..small balls of fur. All three..were so incredible they brought tears to the devils eyes. Sighing softly he lay-ed down beside his now mate, wing stretching to cover her and the little ones curled with her.

Ravyn looked tired, but happy. She nosed at the fluffs as Norryk entered and turned to face him, a wide, motherly smile on her face. Who knew the Messenger could be so?
"Hello, Norryk," she murmured, nosing at him. "Aren't they beautiful?" She had already asked him that, many times. But she couldn't help it.

He himself looked proud, like he was on top of the world. "Most certainly M'lady." he murmured moving towards the four of them. He settled down on his haunches and leaned over nuzzling at the small fluffs a gentle look in the devils eyes. "As are you Ravyn." he said nosing at her softly.
Sighing gently he settled down curling around his mate, tail easing around his small children. Poor be the fool who came near them. He'd have there heads on a shiny, silver platter....then again he might not be the only one to contend with.
