I groaned as I came to. I felt hands stroking my face and hair, and I heard whispering. "Please be okay, the voice was saying weakly. I groaned again and open my eyes, seeing Sasha's face in mine in the gloom. "What... oooh... what's going on?" I managed through gritted teeth the pain in my head and side was unbearable, but nothing seemed to be broken - amazingly.

I froze, feeling her move in my lap and say something, "Angela!!! Are you ok?" I tried to move down to hug her, but a) I couldn't see, for some stupid reason i have yet to remove the blindfold, and b) my dislocated shoulder was useless except to cause misery and pain.

I had been shuffled down the stairs with the others and then thrown into the merciless depths of... wherever we were. I quickly saw that Sasha was okay and Angela was coming around. Though, when I got closer I saw that Sasha's shoulder was at an odd angle and had gone limb. I grabbed Sasha's arm and pulled off a strip of fabric from my shirt. "Now, this is gonna hurt like hell so bite down on that fabric. We can't have someone done just because of this," I said as I positioned myself for the mentally strenious job of shoving a shoulder back into the socket. The one thing I couldn't stand in life was suffering I made sure anyone I was going to kill died fast.

I took the peace of fabric and shoved it into my mouth, biting down on it lightly. I made a concious attempt to not grip Angela as John lifted my arm up with one hand and placed his other on the curve of my neck for support. My eyes closed tightly as he pulled my arm back and shoved it forward with as much strength as possible, the excruciatingly painful sounding pop signaled it's replacement and i cried out in a muffled groan, my body going slightly limp and i leaned against a wall, panting. The soaked clothe fell out of my mouth and landed in my lap. I drunkenly looked around and looked up the steps of which all of us had been tossed down, noting all the walls and doors to be made of glass. Creepy... i thought.

"******** hell, what's all the noise?" I groaned, rubbing my head. I realized I was now laying on the floor without Sasha's support. I managed to roll onto my stomach and raise myself up on my elbows. I saw Sasha leaning against a wall, panting and sweating, holding her arm. "Christ," I moaned. "I knew this was a bad idea. Not like I could've done anything about it..."

I looked over to John, "Thank you." I managed to murmur. I struggle to my feet to look around and try to figure out our odds of escaping. "So now what do we do?"

"Well we blow ourselves the hell out of here," I said as I took of my combat boots. "Those monologuing bitches think they got us, to hell with that," I stated as I tore open the botome of my boot revealing a small block of C-4 about the size of a ciggerette pack. I quickly rushed over and placed it on the nearest glass wall. " Stand back all I have to do now is tap my slippers three time and say, "theres no place like hell,"" I bellowed.

I shrieked and scooted as far away from the explosive as possible, plugging my ears and curling into a sort of fetal position. I realized John had a good heart, and was trying to get us the <********> out of here, but did he really have to let the entire world know about it? I guess so, I thought as the wall exploded outwards. I heard the tinkling of glass against glass and opened my eyes - eyes that had been squeezed shut. The entire wall was missing, and outside of it was a hallway of more glass. Through many of the glass walls, I saw a concrete wall. We must be underground. Duh, Angela, you should've figured that out when you got thrown down the stairs. I tried to get to my feet shakily, and failed the first couple of times. Eventually, I pushed myself up, and leaned against the wall behind me. Footsteps already sounded overhead.

I gripped Angelas hand and pulled her as John ran out into the hallway, I pulled her along with me and followed him, turning down hallways and running. Yelling was heard from behind us, "Where the hell are we going? Hasn't anyone noticed that we don't know where we are??"

I rushed out through the giant hole I had just made in the wall and scooped up a long shard of glass. Then I quickly pulled one of the caps of my teeth. The cap was actaully a tiny transmitter that would send of a distress signal as long as we kept moving we would be rescued. "Helps on the way!" I yelled

"I don't mean to rain on your parade," I said, huffing and puffing as I ran. "But don't you think this place is made of glass for a reason? I don't think they'd make it that easy for us to get help." Call it a gut instinct, but I had a feeling deep down that no transmitter of any sort was going to send out a signal for us to get rescued. The bad guys would be a lot more careful than that. Then again, they had left John with a thing of C-4. Maybe it was just pessimism. "Oh, never mind!" I cried, running faster as footsteps sounded behind us. I saw a door ahead - the only reason I could tell it was a door and not the wall was because there was a handle. I grabbed it and turned, and voi la, we were outside. Outside in the middle of nowhere. "Anyone have any idea where we are?" I snorted. "Hell, how about which way to go?"

"It doesn't matter where the hell we go as long as it's out of here!" I said, grabbing her hand again I ran for the edge of the woods. When I was younger, my father took me camping alot, He taught me how to survive on my own in the woods, and the one thing i never really understood why he had taught me until now, was how to hide, in the ground, any where that would be unpredictable. My father was an agent, hence my enrollment. I jumped over a couple of loggs and continued I came running to the edge of a pond and i saaw the dam in the center, There is going to be one pissed off beaver tonight... I gripped Angela and johns hand and slowly lead them into the pond water. I could feel Angela squirm and knew the thought of the damage this would cause her beautiful clothes and shoes was on her mind... I stopped, "Be very quiet, take a deep breath and move as quickly as you can without giving us away." I took a deep breath and slowly moved my head under the water, Angela and John following suit. I swam, Angelas hand grabbed my shirt and Johns hand so we wouldn't get sepperated. I placed my hands on the floor of the dam, looking for the opening, it was big and i knew it could acomidate the three of us. Hopefully, mommy won't be home. I found the opening and pushed up, pulling Angela in after me and then helping John in. Luckily, mommy wasn't home, so to be on the safe side, I blocked the hole. I looked to the other two. "Be quiet, close your eyes and just listen." Another thing my father taught me was how to 'become on' with my suroundings and listen to what they're telling me. Just by relaxing myself, i could tell the men were walking around the pond, searching for us, and that unrully women was ordering them to look all night untill they found us. allready a plan was beggining to form in my head. I opened my eyes. "We're going to fight back. and we'll win."

"Fight back? What are you thinking they are all armed and all I've got is a piece of glass. I you have any grand ideas I'll listen but, guess what? You have to know when its most opportune to run," I said.

I tried not to whimper as we stood in the empty beaver dam. It had to be unsanitary. Although, surprisingly, I managed to not care about my attire. Go, me. "Yeah, Sasha," I agreed with John. "How the hell are we supposed to fight back when we're armed with oh, what... nothing?" Of course I was feeling bitter. This girl made no sense!
