For my band (we're an eight grade concert band) we're practicing one specific song at the moment:
The Great Locomotive Chase.
We're getting two new songs later for a concert we have in march...but the music we practiced for our disneyland performance (Feb.10) were:
Disney's Magic Kingdom(I never want to hear it's a small world or It's a pirate's life ever again) Lighting(Love it!) Engines of Resistance(Awesome...but boring after playing it for a couple motnths) Actium(Never liked it) Legacy.(Eh...my band played it too messy...espically the drummers)
Last Year: Baywood Overture (AWESOME! so sad I lost the music) Imperium (we sucked HORRIBLY at this song....freakin trumpet played way too fast) Krazy Klock (that song sucks SO bad) All Star (that was fun)
Songs I remeber playing before then: Skeletons in the closet.(that was fun too...) Eagle Summit March (didn't play it too well but I liked it...I forgot my intrusment one time and just made up a bunch of words to go with the melody...lol)

In Wind Ensemble/First Band, we're doing:
- Holst Suite in Eb - The Klaxon - A Movement for Rosa
I poistively HATE the latter two.
Hopefully, after UIL, we'll be playing something like Symphonic Dance No. 3 (Fiesta) or Redline Tango. Oh, God, would I love Redline Tango.
Last year, we played:
- Blue Shades - Children's March - Variants on a Medieval Tune - The third movement of the Holst - Havendance
