Cree blushed. "Well, I'm American...I got a full scholarship from my high school in the States." She smiled. "Although I have to admit my Japanese is pretty good...but I took a million lessons before moving here."

Cree nodded and opened her mouth to speak as the waiter came up to take their drink order. "I'll have black tea if you have it" Cree said, taking the menu he had handed her. The waiter nodded. "And for you sir?"

"just a glass of water please"jin said. the waiter nodded and walked away. jin put his hands in his pocket and ripped a small peice of paper from his death note. he slid it over to Cree. he had to build trust. and the only way to do that was to let her touch his death note

Cree raised an eyebrow before grasping the piece of paper. She gasped to herself. "So it is true..." She whispered softly. Ky sat on the floor and looked up, she chuckled.

Her jaw dropped as he ripped a piece of her Dead Note paper. "WHAT?!" she yelled, bending down to look at what he was doing in anger. "Oh, I am SO not worried about you anymore!" she snapped, glaring at him through her sapphire eyes.

In a flash of darkness, she was behind him, eying him with anger. "What the hell do you want." she snapping, looking out the window with a pissy attitude.

Cree paused, Ky was giggleing. "He looks so crazy talking to nothing!" Cree watched, sipping from the cup like nothing was happening.

"Why the hell should I tell you?" she sniffed, putting her hood back on so most of her face was covered again. Folding her arms tightly. Looking over to the Shinigami next to the girl, her eyes narrowed, and she stood up straight once more. "Kyoto." she said simply.
