Naomi was slipping her soup when something furry touched her leg. She yelped, some people gave a weird look before continuing eating. When she saw no one was looking at her anymore, she poked her head under the table.

"What are you doing down there?" She hissed at the cat. "Well, do you want to stay down there and get kicked?" She asked with a sigh when the cat gave her blank look. "Come here on my lap." Naomi patted her lap.

"Fine. Better than getting kicked." Mikie agreed and leaped onto Naomi. "Whatcha having for breakfast?" Mikie asked. "Hm...cream soup! My favorite!" She said and began to lap at the liquid in the bowl.

(Say Koyami, what is your favorite outfit?)

(Favorite outfit? I would say that it would have to be something of a dark color.But I can't really figure out which one is REALLY my favorite ^_^ wink

Koyami nodded toward Ashiru and decided to pursue the subject of dust at a latter time. He laughed at the cat and Naomi arguing and contesting on who was going to eat cream soup.
He on the other hand had some Calzone for breakfast. It was one of his favorite foods.

Koyami had finished his food and stifled back a burp, for it would have been rude to let out such a loud noise.
As he saw the cat on Naomi's shoulder he smiled.
"That would make a good painting," he said out loud. "Well, now it is time to go and figure out what to do with the world." he added as he got up. "Today is actually a day of rest. So not much will be going on. But, rulers and kings, and Koyami never get rest. We always do things...big or small." And off he went talking out loud to himself. Ashiru shook his head.
"He does that when he is about to do something that he enjoys. I don't know WHAT it is...But I am sure we will hear about it soon," he explained to Naomi.

"I assume about now." Mikie opened one of her eyes and looked at Koyami with a mild interesting.

"That was loud!" Naomi yelped as she rubbed her ears. "My ears are still buzzing. Does he do this often?" She asked Ashiru. She felt the cat on her shoulder move its mouth. "Eh? Did you say something Mikie?"

The noise in the dinning hall had increased as people were making noise from outside wondering what was happening.
Four of the noble men immediately dug into the food choosing the richer food over the hard bread and water.
The remaining two though were more wary. They slowly instead decided to not go for the rich food, the first of the two seemed to be one of the older among them. The other seemed to be the youngest among them, most likely in his twentieth year.
Koyami smiled as he saw them just siting staring at the others. The older one was shaking his head sadly.
A few minutes later the whole table was once again bare except for four plates containing the stale bread and water.
"Well, now that you all are full, what did you think of the food?" Koyami asked the six.
"A grand feast, though sorely lacking in taste. The bitter after taste left for something to be desired," one of the commented, grimacing.
"Aye, and the wine of the same kind. It was the bitter-" the second one stopped at his own words.
"Bitter?" another asked confused. Then he also suddenly thought of something.
The four that had eaten the richer food suddenly started getting up from their seats,
"What is the-"
"This is preposterous!"
It was a common knowledge that a certain percentage of all poisons has a bitter after taste and now matter how you try to hide it, usually it can still be tasted by the best in that field of knowledge. The four had of course finally realized that.
"Well, now. What do you think was the additional ingredient in your food today? Any suggestions?" the six remained silent. The two noblemen that had eaten from the less rich food, sat down and silently watched on. Of the two, the younger one though, was trying hard to not burst out into an angry outburst against this cruel ruler.
Koyami noticed all this and smiled.
"Well, I think I can give a few hints. It is-as you have come to the conclusion- a ingredient that makes modifications to any living creature. Modifications that are irreversible. You will loose your lives as noblemen. As humans...as a creature of freedom. The days that you had spent in your lives, gathering new experiences will be of no use to you anymore." he spoke this into a finally silent dinning hall.
Suddenly one of the four jumped up from his seat and tried to reach Koyami. He stopped just a few steps away from him and fell to the ground, making spastic sounds and seemed to be crying.
"A grow man crying. What a shame, I though you were men of honor and courage. This one seems to be laking both, now that he has come at the end of his road." Koyami commented, almost sneering. He walked a few steps away as the man suddenly started jerking it seemed in pain.
"AAAAAAAAAARGH-GAAAAH!" if those were words they were not comprehensible anymore.
Ashiru covered his eyes as he finally understood what was happening. The mans arms were turning black, and his nails were getting longer. His fingers were curling inward and turning into claws and his body was growing. Finally after a few jerks and hitting his head on the ground he settled down ripped clothing all over the floor. The man was now a creature that was slowly shifting from human form...to a four legged creature. Fur was growing on the body, and the face was shaping to a different form. Suddenly the creature was becoming more clear to identify.
"Another cat," Ashiru murmured. Indeed it seemed to be in the shape of another creature like the black panther. Only not so much the same. The fur was starting to rip in different places.
"ARGH! AAARGH!-ROOOOOOOAR!" it's voice changed as it roared in pain and where the fur had teared white fur had grown instead. It dropped to the ground tired.
"Well..." Koyami said, no longer smiling. "I think you all understand you fate now. Guards," Koyami motioned the guards who with no hesitation took the other three scared noblemen away. "As for you two, we shall speak at lunch. They is when YOU two will break your fast," he said turning toward the silent two. The younger of the two got up,
"You can't do this to us! You mean to do this to us also! What-" Koyami motioned the guards again and the two were also taken away.
