Reason: So i can have a place to help train my bloodlines and clan jutsu, as to become a stronger ninja to help defend this village. It will also have a living quarters so as Me and my students/friends may rest between training.

Houses are ONLY for Sannin. Then each squad gets there own training ground to train in. If nether of that applys to you, then you use the public training ground.
