"Just surf the Web as you are used to, when DownloadHelper detects it can do something for you, the icon gets animated and a menu allows you to download files by simply clicking an item."
So like, at the buzzworthy site, the DownloadHelper icon (little orange thingy) should light up or something, and then when you click the arrow, there's a little list. Like in the picture at the extension's site.
And then you just click on one of the things in the list.

Um okay so now it should have downloaded into whatever folder all your firefox downloads save in.
I'd say watch it, to make sure it's right, but it's possible you don't have the right program to view it... if so, just email it to me? I'll PM you my email address.
