Well it's like thinking Hmm.. Maybe there is something there with Ares and Xena. Or dare I say it? Joxer and Gabrielle.
But Xena and Gabrielle are just too perfect for each other to have it any other way.

I think part of the reason that I'm not a subber is because subberness messes up the idea that Xena and Gabrielle can be so close without actually being romantic. If you think about it, in all the movies and books and manga and anime and whatever else, whenever there's two bestbestbestbestbestbest friends they always seem to end up in a romantic relationship. It would just be really nice to see two characters love one another dearly, without anything sexual involved. Surry if this post doesn't really make sense. It's 3:30 in the morning and I haven't slept in days. sweatdrop

At the moment I'm simply nocturnal. I go to bed when the sun comes up and I wake up in late afternoon, but lately I've been sleeping on fewer and fewer days. Currently I haven't slept since Sunday. And I've decided that I'm not going to sleep until the con is over. Anyways, just thought I'd keep you posted.

It's true that it may be silly to constantly be turning friends into more than friends, but sometimes two people are that close for a reason.

I'm sure there could be a lot more said on this topic; it just may or may not be relevant to Xena. xd
Like for example: While it is possible for two random people IRL (contemporary) to be that close and not be lovers, it is a well-known fact that IRL (ancient Greece) it was completely impossible for Xena and Gabrielle to not be lovers.
