"What do you remember? The oldest memory you have?" Riot asked still in the hall, torn between walking into the room she was staying in and going back into the kitchen.

Valkyrie stepped into the rain. She sighed, she didn't like the rain. I've been doing a lot of time jumping lately... I'm going to need to eat if i want to gain back some of this lost energy. But hey i'm out hree trainging so why not practice, i hope i get the timeing right for this time jump. She Closed her eyes and "time jumped" back to where Riot and Chisei were. She ended up apearing in the kitchen. Off balance she stagered and caght her self on the table.
"I got the tea!" She smiled.

Chisei jumped when she popped in. "ahh uh.." looking back at Riot she dropped her eyes"I ..dont remember anything...at all"

"Thanks Val, you're awasome." Riot said walking up and taking the tea. As she turned and headed into the other room, she whispered one sentence to Chisei, "We'll talk about this later." And Riot vanished into the back of the house.

Chisei cleaned up the kitchen then headed to her room. No one, not even her parents knew about her ability.

"Hey chisei. Can i eat some of that chiken?" She glanced at the chicken sitting on the counter.

Valkyrie sat down at the table. "WOW! You're one heck of a cook! this is great!" She continued to dig in and soon the plate was clean.

"Oh, my mother wasn't much of a cook and she didn't teach me much. We were always traveling." Valkyrie said. She got up and put the dish in the sink, turning the knob she began to wash the dishes.

Riot laid there on her barrowed bed, arms tucked behind her head. This was weird. Just way to weird, and far to close to home. Still there has to be something. Or at least someway to figure it out. Looks like I get to go back to the Archives. Riot thought, eyes trained on one spot on the ceiling, not blinking.

"Good night!" Valkyrie said over her shoulder. When she had cleaned off her plate she walked up the stares and found a window. She climbed onto the roof and lay staring up at the stars. Today sure was fun, and a practiced quite a bit. She smiled, Only 1,277 days to go.

Riot didn't remember when she had fallen asleep. Nor did it really matter. What mattered was that by doing so, it allowed for memories to resurface. Memories that she prefered to stay submerged in the dark waters of her mind. It's your fault! This never would've happened if it wasn't for you! Damn you! Curse you! Riot sat bolt up in the bed, a heavy sweat drenching her body, the voice from the past still ringing in her ear. Damn it. Riot mentally cursed. As she started to flop back down she froze. What was that? A click? No a claw, a claw on stone. s**t! Riot reached down grabbing her gun belt and quickly looped in back on. Fun time.
