No, not Dune.
And the Dune movie was okay. I haven't read the books, so I can't really compare.
Alright, more clues:
This is a bad guy. He shoots electricity.
There are two other main bad guys, too.
It's a game show within the movie.
There are four people on the run: A nerd who is obviously a nerd, a pretty average black guy who is obviously average and black, a woman who is obviously a woman, and a beefy white guy who is obviously famous.
