HistoryWak All I said is that the guys in anime aren't the most masculine.
Don't take a handful of mainstream shoujo anime and let them fool you into believing the stereotype/generalization you just posted.

At Zombicide, the crazy FF fans aren't that big in numbers. The worshipers. Halo has more than Final Fantasy. Final Fantasy never stole Game of the Year from Half-Life 2 because not enough reviewers bother with PC games. Seriously, Halo 2 is not better than Half-Life 2.
Also, most "gamer" girls play DS/Wii and/or Sims/WoW/free PC games.
She played you straight up for video games man.
Im actually glad most of my Girl Gamer friends watch more Lucky Star than play video games. I could make a "The Real Life" video out of it.....
Nah, I think they do it just to creep me out with there Re-enactments.
Damn funny, damn creepy as well, a little hot, just a tad bit, but damn creepy.
Mind you, my friends don't fit the stereotype quite well. As in, they play Tetris and Pac-Man. And Pokemon. And DDR, Guitar Hero, and Parappa The Rappa.

I bet she expects to be praised for knowing how to open/close the PS2, too. talk2hand To be honest, whenever I enter a server in any online game and it's full of these so called "gamer girls" who are mostly just fangirls in disguise, I expect them to lose. They generally suck, and for me, here's the rule: "gamer girl"=either shotgun fodder, or instant frag. Or sometimes KO. Trust me, I've murdered countless fangirls in Tekken, Doom, Halo........pretty much every game I've played. Not that I'm doubting you or any of the girls in this guild (yeah, raise your hands, all 2 of you) but when I see a gamer girl, I generally consider them fangirls, since most of them are obsessed with Final Fantasy. Last time I ever saw a true "gamer girl" in person was at an arcade, when I saw this girl playing Metal Slug 3.......and she was quite good at it, might I add. xD I only use a frag when I'm low on ammo thank you very much. And shotguns...well in Black I usually have a machine & a shotgun. The shotgun comes in handy when I need to pout a b***h down quickly. So what? I bet you've slaughtered just as many fanboys who suck just as badly. N00bs come in both sexes. eh, I'm tired. I'll rant about this idiocy tomor-...Sun...in Febuarary when I'll have time & energy. Oh well, least my birthday's almost here! Wohoo! I'll get Disgaea for the PSP! And other games for my gba & psp! (Not saying what day it'll be but it's in the next few days. blaugh ) EDIT: And as for that "2 of you" comment! I may be basically by myself here, but that is SO not the case in the gamer chicks guild!

I'm guessing I'm strange enough to begin with. People are probably just like, "Well, it figures. scream " rofl Zombicide Also, mind if I leave a comment in that journal entry? I absolutely agree that crap like that is spam. That'd be fine. 3nodding I just felt it was necessary to explain just why they're spam. Sakyh I'll rant about this idiocy tomor- I think you're being unnecessarily defensive, as I saw no "idiocy" in what he said.

Arvis_Jaggamar Part-Time Viking I tend to steer clear of dating girl gamers, last one I dated got sucked into WoW and ended up dumping me for a guy in New Jersey who was part of her guild. I also don't think that I want to have another reason to keep glued to my vice either. I tend to go after gals who are fairly outgoing and active, which I'm not so that might explain why I've been single for about 10 months now. That doesn't explain anything. I have been with my girlfriend for over 3 years now, and she is a surfer, loves tennis, jogging, volleyball, swimming, and generally the outdoors, is tall and has done modeling and acting and thinks video games are stupid and wants to have alot of money and go traveling (I am extremely poor and a homebody). So really, you never know. I'm pretty sure I know, post High School, people don't seem to try to get to know me. My problem probably is that I don't really go out of my way to get people to know me. But hey, ******** it. Half of my friends from my youth don't want a thing to do with me and the other half I don't want to have a thing to do with. What should I expect from people I don't ******** drugs, and ******** my complete intolerance of that s**t, probably took down more than a few of my friendships.
