He couldn't help but chuckle at her reaction to the strawberries, knowing very well they were one of her favorites. He took a sip of his champaign hoping it would calm his nerves some, finding that he was getting rather nervous. Sitting back he just watched her enjoying seeing her so happy and relaxed.

She sipped her champagne and ate strawberries, but did her best not to drink too much, especially since they apparently hadn't really had the main course yet. But she looked up at Abaddon and tilted her head a bit, "Is something wrong?" she asked him.

"Nothing at all, merely admiring your beauty." He said with a smile. The orchestra starting to play a soft melody in the background to create a more romantic atmosphere.

Miranda blushed brightly and looked down to the strawberry she was eating, "Well, you look very handsome tonight...." she said softly.

He blushed under his dark fur and was glad for it just then. "Well thank you love," he said with a smile. He then stood up out of his chair and walked over to her side of the table and put out his hand, "might I have the pleasure of your company for a dance?" He had originally intended to wait until after dinner to ask her to dance with him but he felt like he was going to burst if he waited much longer.

Miranda smiled and nodded her head at him. She put her hand in his and stood up from the table, letting him lead her to whereever it was they were going to dance.

Abaddon smiled and led her out onto the terrace clearing not to far from the table near the orchestra. Facing her he wrapped an arm around her waist and started to dance with her giving the orchestra a slight nod of the head.
The orchestra then began to play "I'll Be."

She put her hand on his shoulder and she smiled up at him lovingly as they started to dance to the song. She gently put her head on his chest, her wings flapping a little to the song.

Abaddon sighed softly when she rest her head on his chest and only hoped that his heart wasn't racing to fast. He tilted his head down and kisses the top of her ear as they danced to the music, and as they danced he began to sing to her.

Miranda purred gently when he kissed her ear and sang to the song softly, a happy smile on her face. She kept her hand on his shoulder, just feeling content.

As the song died down Abaddon could feel his heart beginning to really race. He took a small step back from her and took her hands in his own. He looked at her lovingly his eyes bleeding to visible red eyes that looked like normal audio eyes, like they always did when he was feeling an overly strong emotion.
With a smile he got down on one knee.
"Miranda. You are my everything. The air I breathe, the water I drink, the food I eat. You are my world. You complete me, you are my better half, and make me a better audio for it. I can not picture my life without you. I want to be with you forever and always in this life and all my future lives that lay ahead of us. Your my soulmate Miranda. I love you."
He then paused for a moment and took a little black ring box out of his tuxedo jacket pocket.
"Miranda, will you marry me?"

Miranda looked up at Abaddon when he pulled back and held her hands, the smile still on her face. But she tilted her head a little when she saw the red expanding in his eyes and she had to wonder what was going on with him.
But she got very confused when he went down to his knees and spoke to her, her gray eyes going wider and a blush going across her face. She then gasped when he pulled out a small, black box and then asked that question.
She was quiet for a few moments, as if everything for her was frozen and then a huge smile went on her face, her eyes sparkling as she threw her arms around him, "YES, YES I'LL MARRY YOU!!!" she cried out, hugging him tightly.

Abbadon stood up as Miranda threw her arms around him in an embrace. He was smiling brightly and wrapped his arms tightly around her spinning her around happily.
He then set her down and let her go taking the three diamond white gold ring out of the box and taking her hand sliding the ring on her finger. "I love your Miranda, you've just made me the happiest audio in the world." He said still smileing rather goofily and his eyes glistened with happiness and tears as he wrapped his arms around her once more and leaned down and kissed her.

Miranda squealed when she was twirled around and she held onto him tightly, laughing happily. She did her best to catch her breath when he set her down and she looked down at her hand when he slid the ring onto her finger, never having thought she would ever receive something so beautiful and would mean so much.
She looked up at him when he spoke and she laughed happily, leaning up and kissing him when he pulled her close and she wrapped her arms around his neck tightly.

Abaddon purred as he kissed her but kept it short and sweet. When he broke the kiss he was still smiling widely. "Now m'lady would you like something real to eat?" He asked with a laugh leading her back to the table. "Afterall I did have a real meal planned."
