At least my foot feels better better try the elephant kick again. *thinks* Weight and muscle. Hmmm. I better go find weights. *poofs*

* returns* Go the weights. *straps weight a round lower half below the knee and ankle.* Do about 50 laps then try the kick. This way my leg get a bit stronger. *starts to run.

Yes but this will also help with my sped and agility. Working on one thing can improve other areas also.
