((Thanks to the holidays I've only had time to log in as Vincent from time to time. But now I'm back. Also, DM of Death what about those of us on the stable part of the trail. Do we get to help? Like for instance:

1ap: Grab player

Thereby increasing their chance of success. Otherwise, Raven does nothing but stare in abject horror. eek <-like that.))

(Option 1 was to have the people falling spend 1AP to save themselves.
Option 2 was to have ANOTHER player spend 1AP to save the falling people.
Option 3 was to have you guys try to pull something tricky to try and find a way to save them without having to spend any AP at all.

Does that clear it up?
And Darksun will be back on saturday, so if no one is going to save him, He will use one of his AP cause I don't want him to die.)

Di stands frozen in horror, watching as her teammates begin to plummet to their doom... Fortunately, it seems that Olly is willing and able to take matters into his own hands, springing nimbly to safety. Now if only Darksun can manage to do the same! >.<

Radryn prepares himself hoping his friends can grab hold of Darksun before the fall. time seemed to move remarkably slowly like most people say it does when these things happen. Laid before him he could almost spot two possibilities in time, one of raven successfully grabbing the falling Darksun and the other of him leaping to the edge and throwing Darksun over his shoulder to the safety of the path. It seemed like both actions were happening at once in slow motion only fate could decide which would occur.

((I'd rather not use an ap but if raven isn't able to save darksun with her ap i will pitch in mine. As a time saving measure traps before major holidays seem like they would bite up some serious time, just a thought))

((Lol, no i just figured that inactivity would be an issue if we were in a fight scenario, and a medial trap event such as this lets other people who are active, try and stump me to find a way to save them without having to spend AP. I'm looking for just a soild idea that makes sense that it would work.

Like if say, your character is known for having control of earth type magics and energies. Would it be safe to assume that they could mildly manipulate the environments... You could halt the rocks from beneth them falling or something similar. Think outside the box. For another example, read through the Crater Fountain dungeon, where A character used and icy type spell on hot magma to cool it. You know stuff like that.))

((Well, that makes much more sense now. Outside the box...got it! Ignore my previous post if possible.))

Raven snaps from her horror and springs into action, calling upon the spirits to aid her. Seeing Olly jumping to safety she focuses on Darksun, first by binding the falling rocks below him momentarily. She then focuses a gust of wind into his back, throwing him (not very gently) back to a stable part of the path. Raven continues to hold the unstable rocks firmly in place as she waits for the others to safetly cross.

((Raven has been known since her character's creation to be able to bend the elements due to some as-of-yet unknown reason. It took DM of Death's example for me to really think of that...don't know why I didn't think of it before.))

Olly jumps to the remaining part of the cliff just in the nick of time! As Darksun fell, Raven used her magical energies of nature to reform the rocks, catchingdarksun and letting the group continue on to glory!

You round the final corner and now are finaly able to lay eyes on the meteor that crashed. This big gigantic rock has smashed into the cliff face of the mountian path, casuing an almost fortress like look. The rock iteself is very odd, looking like spilt oil, it gleams every color of the rainbow when light is refelcted off of it, but still a dull grey when its not. From what you can see from the path, there is a opening about the size of a set of double doors in the side of the meteor, being guarded by 4 rather large light Orange Slimes. You can also see the big eyes of more slimes in the entry way, buty can't tell what they are...

Turning to face the group Radryn removed his mask, showing his eerily gray skin and souless black eyes to his fellow adventurers costomarily placing his mask into a pouch at his side, the light making him squint but the darkness of the meteor would make his vision far better than the others. His face seemed to radiate seriousness, and a little concern. "I have given you all my families greatest respect and am carefully going to ask you all a question. At the moment we know nothing of this meteor and what it contains, fighting inside would be a mystery, not to mention fighting what is behind the guards. Two options lie before us and neither of them favor us greatly. We could venture forth into the unknown hoping our capable abilities and skill can guide us through. Or we can remain outside and lure the beasts out somehow and fight them where we know the terrain. As leader I will also leave any other option open as well. I personally will vote to enter, my eyes can see better in the darkness then in the light." Bowing to them all he waited for their responces keeping his eyes on the slimes at the door whom seem to be guarding it rather resolutely.

Olly thinks for a moment before speaking, "I believe we should attempt to draw out the first group of these slimes and only once we have the entrance cleared, should we attempt to enter their dominion. We do not know how many are in there or how their structure is even built. If we clear out the first group, we should be able to safely inspect the entrance before we decide if entering is a good idea."

(Ok you cant see whats inside but make your actions for battle. There are the 4 Tangerine Slimes guarding the door, and 6 other slimes in the tunnel entrance. The 4 tangerine slimes will use an action...)

((Patience my friend, I'm working on borrowed time here >.<))

Radryn decides to attack the tangerine slimes after his somewhat uninspiring speech. "Actions speak louder than words it seems." Jumping toward the nearest slime his left arm glows with electricity as he punches the slime stunning it. "Nows the time to act everyone! If you can draw them out, if not brace for a long fight."
