I'm more wondering why her skin is so shiny. She looks like she's made of opaque glass.

Also, that brassiere-thing looks horrifically uncomfortable. You know how gents cringe if they see someone else get kicked in the meat-and-two-veg? This sort of thing is what makes women cringe like that.

Sorry, that isn't steampunk. The Victorians would be disgusted by such ad isplay I'm afraid.

Some of the others are good though, if ever so sligtly terrifying, even by our standards (that mask is apocalyptically creepy).

I dare say this isn't anything grand,
but I'll put it up here nonetheless for the lot of you to view at you leisure.
I just finished it last night after a couple hours of battling with photo shop and my persnickety laptop.

I call her Steam Girl since she hasn't got a name yet.
She is a mechanic, smuggler/courier, and captain of her airship, 'The Seraphim.'

I must say I had so much fun drawing her outfit and hair.
I had to add spats, of course.
I had to.

More of her to come, I hope.
