Hey there, I'm Insane. Yes, the dual meaning is completly intended. I'm generally a nice person, who can get a little bitchy when asked the wrong questions or when lacking sleep. But other then that I'm good. I love languages. I really do. I am currently completly fluent in both English and German, and am attempting to my best effort too pick up both French and Japanese. I'm calculating that French will take me another 5 years to become at least semi-fluent in while Japanese might take up to ten years due to it's high complexity. Next year I am hoping to also add Spanish to my course load. So other then that slight tick of mine I'm fairly normal. I party a little to much for my mother's liking (well, she doesn't know about it but I am certain she wouldn't like it) and tend to bend the rules as I see fit. I talk alot, and I talk alot about me. I am probably more of a narcessist then I am willing to admit openly, but I also have a genuin interesst in other people. And on that not I'll end this post because you really don't want to know more blaugh .

uryu ishida hello im thirteen and my attempts at speaking japanes proved futile.i can speak alittle japanese,(konbawa, san)the names cody and i read alot of manga.i can also speak alittle bit of nihongo food talk.(waribashi/ohashi=chopsticks,ohashi are the kind that snap irregularly in half that you get at restaraunts.)of course i live in a sato.(the secondary meaning,of course."the place where your parents live")i also love to put alot of kosho in my raman! biggrin im done.im fourteen now, since two mondays ago,and i just found out that both highschools"city/county)don't offer japanese.as for the rest of my old profile, its changed quite a bit.i am currently reading shogun, and am learning some older japanese from it.it is not in my mind at the moment,so i'll have to do it in another thread.konbawa, everyone!iye speak nihon go,atleast much.i would like a person with yahoo messenger(latest version,or one that supports voice conference) and a microphone as a teacher.i have a head set so i can learn and interact with them.i am also futily playing go olnline, since when i go to an advanced room they ignore me,and in the begginer's room they don't teach, just play.i don't even know how to count points yet.well, ive been ranting and don't wan't to waste any more of your precious time.

Mina-san, Konbanwa!
I'm Megumi aka Mary. I've been studying Japanese for five years, now. Although I have a high proficiency in the language, I'll never claim to have mastered it. Only people that have spoken it all their lives can do that. But, if I come across some of you all's questions that I know the answer to, I'll be glad to help.

Hi, I'm Animecute! I'm somewhat new to Japanese, but I was influenced by anime to learn Japanese. I love Japanese music and stuff like that, so that's why I joined this guild. I hope I learn Japanese here and other things, while making new friends smile /

Hello! My name's Janelle, but no one actually calls me that. You can call me Nellie, JJ, or whatever. I'm 15 and currently in my first full-length year of Japanese. I did take it off and on in elementary. I had the pleasure of hosting a student from Japan for about 3 days this year. Her name was Ayumi, she was so cute! I miss her so much! crying I'm hoping to make it into a exchange program for my junior year. I love just about anything Japanese. Um, I guess that about it about me.
