Rilaku suddenly remembered something about her child hood. Her only good brother(which was older than her, she was the youngest of the group), was taking her on a walk to their Dad's work. On the way there, her Brother had stopped by a field of some sort of yellow flowers. She could never figure out what they were.(Yellow Daffodils.) He let her stop and pick some. She gathered more than she could carry, some for her Dad, and some for her Mom. Her brother chuckled. "You don't need that much Rily." (Only her brother was allowed to call her that.) Rilaku started thinking. Then she picked out the four best flowers. She gave one to her brother, and put one in her hair. "Awe, Thanks Rily," he grabbed her up and put her on his shoulders. He put his in his hair too. They walked the rest of the way like that. Her Dad was a Biologist, And he preferred to work outside, most of the time. He stopped and plucked her off his shoulders. Then they walked over to where their Dad was. Her Dad looked up and smiled. "There's my little Rilaku." He said. "I was starting to think you weren't gonna make it." "Never." Said Rilaku while swooping her arm in the air and wildly shaking her head no. "Good, and you never forget to take her." He said to Her brother with fake sternness. Her brother pretended to be scared. "Okay, Pop." He said smiling. "You go play over there," Rilaku's Father said to her. "Me and Gareth have to go have a talk over there."(Gareth was her big brother.) "Okay." Rilaku said. "But first, take this." She motiond for him to lower his head. When his head was down enough, she put a flower in his ear, so it looked like it was growing out of it. Her Dad made a goofy face and she laughed. Gareth tryed pulling it out and pretended it was a struggle. "Here Rily, can you try? I'm not strong enough." Gareth said, pretending to sweat. "Mmmhmm." She said nodding her head. She pulled it out easy and laughed at the surprised look on her Family's faces.
"Now go play over there, Rilaku." Her Dad said. "Ya," Gareth said putting on a troll face. "We need to talk." He sounded like a troll too at that point. She nodded and ran away with fake fright.
When she got over to a cool spot to play in, she saw a big cat(Rilaku shudderd and started sweating in real life). "Hey kitty." She said. Next came another. She smiled. Then they came over to her and grabbed her collar. Thay dragged her a long ways. When she actually got scared is when they put her down. They licked ther lips,and then smaller cats arived.
She woke up with a jolt. And a yelp. She was very sweaty and was thankful she brought her bike with her. She grabbed her towel out of the pack on it, then wiped her face. She put it back and decided to wash it when she got home. She wanted to take a dip. She didn't mind getting her clothes wet, and she didn't like the idea someone could be watching her, so she just jumped in the water Making a big splash. She didn't even notice Raion untill she bumped into him while swimming under water. "OW!" She said holding her head and then surfacing. She saw t was Raion and swam a bit away till looking at him and saying,
"Hi."

((There, I gave you a clue, MUAHAHAHAAAAA!!!!! twisted twisted twisted Told you it was long, oh ya, Its pronounced G-air-et. And he's 15. MUAHAHAHAAAA!!! twisted twisted twisted I'll give Luthas another color.))

"Uhhhhhh...I guess so...." Rilaku mumled out. She looked up to kinda seem distracted. She went under then came out on her back. She just floated there. Ignoring everything but the sounds of Nature. Or, at least, trying.

"Mmm..." Rilaku was getting bored. She wanted to go back and change then just read a book on her bed. She wasn't one for the Television and she had read millions of books before. Books were way better then the Television any way. She swam out of the pool and got on her bike. The ride back dried her off a little bit., so when she got into the house she only needed to change the bottom part. She didn't really care if she was wearing dirty clothes. So when she got re-dressed. She picked out a book she was half way through and laid down and read it.

Rilaku was deep in her book. She really enjoyed the first book(Eragon) so she was reading the sequel(Eldest). She had bout it two days before she moved in here. She was a very fast reader. But she took the time to get to know the characters. She liked books so much, that when she read them, it was like she was a part of it. She heard continuous knocking.

She put a book mark in and went down stairs. She Opened the door to find her Mother standing there. Car parked outside, and a stranger in it. She looked at it. It turned and looked at her. She looked away. "Hey Mom." She said smiling. "Whats up?" "Well," her Mom said. "I've got a surprise for you." "Don't tell me a boyfriend." She said groaning. "Sort of..." Her Mom said. "Follow me!" She grabbed her arm and started pulling her to the car. "Close your eyes, Rilaku." She said. Rilaku covered her eyes and kept groaning in protest. "I don't need another Dad, you know. I'm just fine." She said in protest. But her Mom kept pulling her. "Come on out!" Her Mom said as they approached the car. A guy got out of the car and when he saw Rilaku, a wide grin spread across his face. "You can open your eyes now." Her Mom said. When Rilaku opened her eyes she found herself overwhelmed with joy. As soon as Rilaku looked into the guys eyes, he shot towards her and picked her up in a big hug. "Luthas! I thought I would never see you again!" Rilaku said hugging him so hard her arms started to hurt. Luthas set her down and saw a couple cats come out. "I didn't ever think you'd ever own cats Ril." He said confused. "What? Cats?" Rilaku looked back and shrieked. She then jumped behind Luthas. Th...th..those aren't..m...mine..." She said through chattering teeth. "Oh, then why are they in your house?" He asked shooing them away. "The same old Rilaku. You must've been reading a book. Since it took you so long to answer." Once the cats were away she stopped chattering. "It isn't my house. I'm living with a friend." She said standing up straight. "Oh?" He said. "What kind of friend?" "Just a friend that was kind enough to let me stay till I can find a place of my own." "Okay..." He said, his mind wandering. "Can you show me She said. She gave him a tour of what she was shown. "...And this is my bedroom." She said walking into it. Luthas saw the book and smiled. "Okay. now that I've seen the house. Mind a look around the neighbor hood?" "Sure." Rilaku gave him a full tour and stopped at the river. "Oh, and...." She saw Raion layng on the other side. looking into the water. And she saw Ritsu in the water thrashing. Luthas must have seen her too, because he jumped in saying "Don't worry! I'll get you!" He jumped in, grabbed her, and swam her over too the bank(unless she stops that). "You okay?" He said hoisting himself up onto the river bank beside Ritsu. Rilkau saw this and jumped over. Just barley making it. She ran past Raion quickly saying "Hi." And stopped over by Luthas and Ritsu. "Are you okay?" Rilaku said bending over Ritsu.

((Ah... Ritsu... If she does something to prevent Luthas swimming her onto land, I will rewrite the ending. Rialku didn't show him the Oasis yet...))

"He's over there." Luthas and Rilaku said at the same time. "Oh, speaking of Raion. You got to meet him. He's the friend nice enough to let me stay at his house." Rilaku smiled. She grabbed on to Luthus' arm and dragged him over to Raion. "This is Raion. I'm staying at is house for a while, 'till I can get a place of my own." She smiled more. She really wanted them to get along. "Hello Raion. Nice to meet you." He said holding out a hand to be shaken. "I'm Luthas." He smiled. "He's my old boyfriend from Texas. Before I left he said he'd visit." Rilaku looked at Raion. expecting him to shake Luthus' hand.

Luthas watched her fall into the river again,umped in, and pulled her to the other side. "Here," he said. "don't fall in again. My arms are getting pretty tired." He laughed. And got out of the river. Rilaku jumped over it. Making it farther than before. "Hey, you want to finish the tour?" She asked smiling at him. "Me? Really?" He said sarcastically. "Sure." He smiled then laughed. He shook on Rilaku. "HEY!" She said with fake sterness. "Bad dog! Don't shake on me!" Luthas got on all fours and whined. He craweld over to Rilaku and rubbed her legs. They both started laughing and got on there way.


"And now I'm going to show you something secret. Only a few people know of it." She said to him. "Now don't go telling any body where I'm about to show you--" "I wont. you have my promise." Luthas interupted. He rufled her hair and she started walking through the trees. They emerged, in about ten minutes, into an Oasis. Luthas gasped. "Like it, huh?" Rilaku asked. "Ya." Luthas said walking into it. "Pretty..." He jumped into the water and submerged in the middle. "Might as well go swimming once more." He shouted at Rilaku smiling. He swam over to the edge as Rilaku came by it. He got out and laid down on the rock that Rilaku allways slept/rested on. Rilaku walked by him and yawned. She laid down on his stomach. "I love you." She said to him then fell asleep. Hearing only, "I love you more." Before she drifted into dream land. Luthas had fallen asleep too.

Rilaku and Luthas slept for a long time. When they woke up, it was because of Rilaku's stomach growling. "Uhhh... I'm hungry..." She said siting up and rubbing her stomach. "Wanna go get something to eat?"

Luthas woke up after he heard eat. "Chinese?" He said sitting up.

"Sure." Rilaku said. She stood up."I've got money for me. Do you have enough?" She asked.

"Depends. How much is it?" He said getting his money out. He had about fifty dollars.

"Ten dollars to get in. Then we can eat all we want. The food pays for itself." She said licking her lips.

"Kay," Luthas said. "I've got enough." He started walking out. And waited for Rilaku. But she was in front of him when he turned around. "Still a fast runner, are we?" He said grabbing on to her hand.

"Yes, and I'm still the best at soccer!" She said. "I'll still beat your butt any day! Muahahahaaaa!!" She laughed Evilly.

"Oh, ya? We'll settle this after Lunch! I'm starving!" They rushed out of the trees and emerged into sunlight.

"Follow me." Rilaku said leading the way. They walked past the candy shop. But not with out looking in. They walked the rest of the way there and went in. Rilaku paid and waited for Luthas to finish.

The Host was about the same age as they were. And as Rilaku left the booth to pay in. He whistled. "Some nice girl you got there huh?"

"Yeah. And she's all mine." He smiled. "It's not only the looks that matter bro. It's also the personallity. You know?" He said handing him the money.

"Yeah. But I still would like to get a peice of that butt." The Host said looking back.

Luthas grabbed the Host's collor and brang him over to his face. "Listen Bro! Don't EVER! I mean EVER! Let me hear you talk about her that way again! Got it?!" He said those laste few words with a tug. "Got it!?!"

He noded. "Got it..." He said gulping."He handed Luthas his change.

Luthas went over to Rilaku. "Lets go eat." He said cheerily.

"Good. I'm starving!"
