Lady Blodwynn Do periscopes count? http://www.forgeworld.co.uk/griffon.htm http://www.forgeworld.co.uk/mlsent.htm I'd say no, because IIRC, vehicle LOS is drawn from the barrel of the weapon firing. Besides, both of those models fire indirectly anyway.

Do deathstrike missiles (or vortex nades) get rid of the Warp rift formation?
At the place where tournaments are held, someone uses the rift, and i was thinking....
Since the void is the anti warp, wouldnt it remove the marker?

Do psychic shooting attacks require a Ballistic Skill check? I've gone over the entry a couple times, I haven't found anything on it. Page 50, for reference.
Also, page 53 shows no specifications on how far Bikes assualt, except that they "are not slowed down by difficult terrain," it doesn't specify 6" or 12". Is it 6" as it was before?

Yes, Psychic Shooting attacks require a BS skill. From all of the other rules that I've seen and references at the rule, it requires a BS. SOmebody correct me if I'm wrong.
If it doesn't state otherwise specifically or list the unit as a Beast or Cavalry, they assault 6".

Do I still get a cover save if I'm hit by an instant death weapon?

Caleidah: Yep, you always use BS when using shooting powers, unless the power states that you hit the target automaticly, which it does in the ork codex as an example.
Brooky: You always get a Cover save, unless the weapon states that you don't, like flamers.

Thanksh. I borrowed the Ork Codex from a friend and saw that.

I got a question about Codexies. In the use of multiple codexies, (such as Dark Angels, Blood Angels, etc) I've always used which ever codex was the newest. When I started playing I had the 4th ED Space Marines and the 3rd ED Dark Angels, so when making a list I'd use the SM codex and look at the DA one for special units, Deathwing, Ravenwing. So when the 4th ED DA came out, I just used that. So, for the new codex, I should be able to do the same thing. I was just wondering on how you guys, or the rules, thinks it stands on Librarians, since they are a bit different in each from the last SM codex. Should I be able to field one like the DA codex or the SM codex, OR can I field them like in the SM codex, but can also include the DA abilities?

If there isn't a specific rule dealing with it (IE- Dark Angels allied with Daemonhunters mean the 'Hunt the Fallen' rule is suspended) you refer to that specific codex unless your opponent specifically agrees to it. This has been to some advantage to various chapters such as the Space Wolves (Who just refer to the current Space Marine codex for equipment, meaning they can have the newest equipment). It's sort've a pitfall for me since I play Daemonhunters and I can't use a Land Raider Redeemer since it's not in my Codex as of yet and I can't take allied Space Marine Land Raiders.
I can take Leman Russ tanks though, which is kind of cool I guess.
tl;dr - Use Chapter specifics rules for whatever specific chapter model you are using, keeping in mind there may be conflicting rules about allied chapters.

But Dark/Blood Angels use their own codexes alone, they don't use 2 anymore... They haven't for over a year I think... -slightly confused about the multiple codex question- @~@;;

It gives chapter specific rules but for some things says "Refer to the current Space Marine codex etc..". This is mostly for equipment rules and the like, though. I don't know how the Dark/Blood Angels work, though.

The current Dark Angels and Blood Angels have their own full codex as of 4th ed. I was just wondering what other people thought. To me, it seems kinda dumb is you can't use the new stuff just because you like some things in another.

It is that way so that people won't be able to power game too much.
When the new Dark Angels were out 90% of the Marine players used the Dark Angels rules for their marines since they got free stuff, better rules and better choices, that's pretty much the reason.
But the New Marine Codex is good enough for anyone to use it as their main codex even if they play Dark or Blood Angels.
And the space puppies just have to wait a bit longer till their new awesome super codex makes it to the surface. n_n
