Magomi tilted her head slightly to the left. What first she told her to go away and now to try and pull out the stinky sword? Shrugging her shoulders lightly she decided it wouldn’t hurt. After all Ophelia couldn’t draw the sword what made Ophelia think she could? It was really strange but she would oblige. With slightly cautious steps she walked forwards though she paused for a moment to look up at Durithill. She thought she had heard of him somewhere. In some snatch of conversation she had overheard or something of the like. She couldn’t really remember what was said. After all she didn’t really listen that time. She then continued her walk towards the sword. “What makes you think I could pull it out?” she asked curiously of Ophelia. But she looked towards Durithill as if asking his permission. Could she draw it? Did she even want to draw the foul smelling sword? Not really but she would try anyway.

Durithill grinned at Magomi and shrugged. "Go ahead and try, if you want. It's no use though." he said with a small laugh as he crossed his arms. "Ophelia thinks you can draw the sword because you 'attacked' her. But that pathetic excuse for an ice spear? That wasn't an attack. There was no intent behind him. She wasn't even aiming at you." Durithill said as he paced back and forth across the bodies piled around the sword. He had shifted his attention to Ophelia now and was grinning at her. "She was aiming near your feet! You people are pathetic. You can kill your most loved ones, but you can't kill each other." he said with a laugh, sitting down next to the sword and leaning against it. "Well, guess I'll be stuck here for another eternity." he muttered as he closed his eyes and yawned. It almost made him sad that he wouldn't be able to see the battles that followed now. No doubt Magomi and Ophelia would give up and leave, and since the sword couldn't move from this spot until a suitable owner was found, he wouldn't be able to see all the people that would try to kill the two of them. He would know about it, of course. Somehow he would just know. But he wished he would be able to see it.

Magomi simply shrugged. “I guess so, though that seems kind of lame” she said with a yawn. Though she knew Ophelia wanted the sword she also knew that she might be too hesitant to hurt Magomi in any way. Though she would have understood. So she decided to take it upon herself. She walked up to the sword. Curiously poking the hilt lightly. And then stood up and walked up to Ophelia. A slight smile on her face. Never faltering in her smile she took a swipe at Ophelia. Making sure the dagger of ice was as sharp as could be and that she didn’t get too close. So that it would be like a paper cut and wouldn’t scar. She continued to smile ever so slightly. “Is that alright can I give Ophelia the sword now?” she asked curiously. Her head tipping slightly to the side. She didn’t seem to find any sort of regret in hurting Ophelia. After all in truth it was really helping Ophelia meet her goals.

Adding in she voiced. “There was intent to hurt her behind that” she didn’t add that the intent to hurt her was also helping her. She had no idea what the sword was and she didn’t really care. She was in this for the fun after all. “Besides that wasn’t Ame, I’m very sure” she said with a nod.

"No." Durithill replied without even opening his eyes. He could feel from where he was sitting that there was no intent to kill behind the attack. There couldn't be the intent to kill while they had the intent to help in their hearts. Perhaps Durithill could do something about that.
"Ophelia..." wheezed the voice of Edmund suddenly from behind them. The 'Edmund' that Ophelia had killed before was slowly trying to crawl towards her. A large pool of blood had gathered around him from the stab stab wounds, his skin had turned pale, and his eyes appeared almost lifeless as he looked sadly at her. "Ophelia... I'm sorry..." he gasped, blood coming from his mouth as he spoke. Tears began welling up in his eyes as he reached desperatly at the air in front of him. "He promised me life, and I... I'm so sorry... Please..." Edmund muttered, the tears beginning to pour from his eyes.

Magomi looked down at the man thing that seemed so attached with Ophelia. She didn’t really believe it was a real thing. And even if it was she didn’t really care. Perhaps it was cruel and evil of her but since he wasn’t one of those she liked or was close with she didn’t really feel sad or anything. Except perhaps a bit angry that Durithill would bring up something that hurt Ophelia like that. It was cruel and she resented it. “Ophelia, its not real remember. It’s a second chance I think. She said looking towards Durithill. She then turns to him even though he was a bit far away. “Who are you Durithill? Why were some older people talking about you before?” she asked tipping her head lightly. She just couldn’t seem to see Durithill in an evil light. He was simply doing his job after all.

Ophelia felt the sudden gash at her stomach with the ice dagger, and she gasped suddenly from the unexpected, minor wound, and immediately set her hand over her abdomen. She kept her hand tightly pressed against her stomach, then rose it to see a slight amount of blood on her hand, for her clothing seemed to absorbing most of it. Usually, she would have retaliated from such an action, but Magomi was a child, and she was only trying to help Ophelia, so she simply stood there and tightened her hand around her weapon.

This was ridiculous, absolutely ridiculous. It was a challenge to find the bloody thing in the first place, now this? Ophelia growled lowly. Only if that illusion of a man was a solid, living human being... Oh, what she would have done through frustration. The female parted her lips to speak, but heard a low, quiet moan for her. The woman averted her attention to the ground where Edmund, or the illusion of Edmund was laying weakly. She knew very well that he was an illusion, that he was not her Edmund, but he sounded like him and looked like him... And that was enough for her.

Kneeling to the ground next to him, she curled her hands around the hand that reached out into the air. She pulled it close to her chest and leaned forward towards him while holding the male's cold hand tightly in her grip. She closed her eyes tightly knowing full well that she was open for attack by anything or anyone. She no longer cared. She heard Magomi, and she knew that he was a fake, an illusion. She understood that, but she couldn't bear it any longer. Her eyes opened and she looked down upon the male's face, her eyes filling with tears of the reflection of Edmund, a mirror image of her fiance. Nothing less, and nothing more.

Her thoughts were foolish, now and previously. This was not Edmund, and he could very well strike her down that very instant... But how could she think she could revive him? It was unnatural for a deceased soul to be revived, and it seemed impossible. Of course, there was one way, which seemed almost impossible, but she was willing to go to those extents to bring him back... Even if it cost her own life and her on sanity in the process.

"...Kill me." She said slowly, her right hand trailing down the side of his face. His cold, pale skin was caked in blood, though some of it was still fresh that lined the palm of her hand and her quivering fingertips. "My intentions were foolish... Just kill me, Magomi, and take the sword for yourself. " She said slowly, allowing her hand to fall to the bottom of the male's face where she cupped his chin with her hand. Tears began to fill her own eyes and she leaned in to curl both of her arms around the male, her entire body shaking. The only way for things to become right was for her to die, only then would she be able to be reunited with Edmund, for them to both remain the same.

Magomi paused and tipped her head to the side. What? Was the woman mad? “Why would I want such an ugly sword? It’s silly really. I don’t even know why you wanted it in the first place.” She said this mostly to herself. But she did saunter over to Ophelia and look down upon the woman curiously. And she formed a sword with a blade the length of her arm. She was thinking. With a neutral face she slapped Ophelia across the cheek and pried her away from her fake lover. Lucky she was a demon child. A human child would have never been able to manage that. She had flung Ophelia to the side and now drove the ice sword through Edmund’s heart or where the heart should be. “The dead should stay dead. Besides you dieing isn’t going to fix your problem.” she said scolding the older woman with a sigh.

She then turned to Durithill again. “I still want an answer. Who are you?”

Durithill opened his blood red eyes and looked over at Magomi as she asked her question. "Who am I?" Durithill repeated with a chuckle. Suddenly he burst into the bellowing laugh that echoed around the clearing, as if Magomi had just told a hilarious joke. After his laughter subsided, he stood up and turned to face Magomi with a large grin on his face. "I am a piece, of a god." Durithill replied, opening his arms wide as if inviting them to take in all his glory. Although what he said was indeed true, it would probably be hard for them to believe. After all, who had ever seen a god walk the earth? Let alone a piece of one. And why would he be anchored to the sword? But it was true, and he proclaimed it with a crazed look on his face, as if one obsessed with power.

Edmund's eyes widened in a combination of fear and surprise as Magomi created a blade. He reached out to Ophelia and tried to hold on to her as Magomi tried to pull them apart, but in his weakened condition he didn't have any strength to oppose Magomi's superhuman strength. "No! Ophelia!" Edmund cried, trying desperately to get back to her before the ice sword plunged through his heart. His eyes widened even more, and he gasped and coughed, sending a large amount of blood flying from his mouth, before his eyes rolled into the back of his head and he collapsed with a gurgling noise. Fresh blood poured from the newly inflicted wound, quicker than from the other wounds that he had sustained. There was no doubt now that he was completly dead.

Magomi let her eyes flit over to the now dead fake man. She almost felt sorry for him because it seemed he believed his life was real. Even if it was a falsity. Then raised her eyes back to Durithill. Though she was startled as he started laughing at her. She hadn’t been expecting that. “So you’re a piece of a god. That leads to question what god. Because depending upon your beliefs there are varying amounts of gods.” She said teasing him ever so lightly. She knew there were gods. Of course there was. She was a demon. And for every evil there was a good counterpart. So of course there would be a good counterpart. Even if they weren’t as evil as others were lead to believe.

“Besides one would think even a piece of a god would have the sense not to be locked up inside a sword. Guarding it for an insane amount of time.” She said lightly. She was actually enjoying the conversation slightly.

Ophelia screamed in opposition to Magomi's decision of stabbing Edmund. Whether or not it was him, it mattered not, it still looked like Edmund! Her eyes widened and she reached out to the man the moment he fell limp, and tears immediately flooded from her eyes. Not only once, but twice she had to see her fiancee die. Her fingers tightened around the man's clothing, and her body began to shake uncontrollably. How... How dare she! How dare that... Child decide what she believed was right, and what she thought was wrong. Edmund didn't even concern her, so what did she care?!

Squeezing the body of the male laying on the ground, Ophelia began to sob, and her arms tightened around Edmund. It took her a moment or so, but she eventually stood and approached Magomi. She reached out to her, grabbed her shoulder to turn her around in order to look at her directly in the eyes. With her left hand, she brought it down immediately to collide with the girl's cheek, and she withdrew her sword and pressed it firmly against her the child's chest. There was no way in hell she would ever even consider harming a child, but her... No, she was no child, she was a demon.

Magomi wasn’t expecting anything like that to happen. So when her shoulder was yanked she was taken slightly off balance and even more so when she was slapped in the face. It didn’t really hurt too bad. She could take a rather large beating but it sure did surprise her to no end. She didn’t understand why her friend had attacked her. What did she do wrong? She got rid of the thing that had been making Ophelia feel so sad. Shouldn’t she be happy?

One could expect she was even more surprised when she felt the biting edge of a sword. This she wasn’t expecting. She tipped her head slightly. Curiously. “What did I do wrong?” she whispered lightly. She was ready though to spring a barrier of ice around her body if that blade chose to bite her skin. She could have it up and seconds. Taking water from the air and ground around her wasn’t that hard.

Durithill chuckled slightly to himself as Opehlia suddenly assulted Magomi. That was exactly what he had been hoping would happen. Well, maybe not exactly, but it was close enough. Now they would fight and kill each other, or at least Durithill hoped so. He wouldn't be able to stick around to see what happened, because technically Ophelia had fufilled the condition to claim mastery over him. So with another chuckle, he slowly vanished and the black sword waited atop that pile of bodies, waiting for Ophelia, its new master, to grab hold of it and use it to cut down many opponents.

"Do you not understand!?" She exclaimed, the fresh tears twill wet on her cheeks and her eyes now red from her visual depression. Her sword remained pressed firmly against the girl's chest if not biting deeper into her skin without piercing and making a wound. Her teeth were locked firmly as her relentless, piercing gaze remained on the young figure. "What do you know about anything!?"

Ophelia dropped her sword and pressed both of her hands against Magomi's shoulders and pushed her so her back was firmly up against a tree. Her fingers were digging into the child's skin through anger and depression. She pulled her forward and pushed her back against the rough bark once again and leaned closer, her booming voice even louder in order to get across to the little demon seed.

"Whether that was Edmund or not is regardless! Do you know what I need those weapons for, do you not understand why I want to die!?" Ophelia was shaking violently, and eventually, she released the child and collapsed to the ground. She began sobbing once again as every event containing Edmund ran through her head like a movie, which fueled her anger, longing and sadness.

At this point Magomi was completely startled and unsure. “No I don’t know why you would want to die. Besides you’re my friend I don’t want you to die. If you died what would I do?” tears were welling in her eyes. Mostly because she was frustrated that she couldn’t understand. She hated crying, mostly because it was hard to stop the flood. Her wounds bleed slightly staining her shirt and her cheek was bright red where she was slappedd. She was a child and so she reacted like one.

She felt betrayed. She had thought she was doing a good thing. But now her friend was hurting her? She knew Ophelia wasn’t a doll or a made up illusion or whatever those things had been so it wasn’t like she could fight back with any confidence. She wasn’t sure what to do really. She couldn’t leave. So instead she shifted so she was able to hug Ophelia. That was all she could think off. Hugs made things better didn’t they?

"Because I can't live without him..." She whimpered, her hand raising from the dirt at Magomi's feet to her own chest. She pressed her fingers against the decorative, leafy clasp near her neck and she wrapped her dirty fingers around it. Plucking it from it's place where it say comfortably, she gripped it in her right hand tightly, which was followed by the violent action of tossing it at the ground. When Magomi reached down to hug her, Ophelia was surprised, but she made no motion to respond at all. No embrace in return, no verbal response, nothing. Her sobbing only increased in volume and intensity, and her hands curled up into tight fists. She slapped and threatened the poor girl, and now she supports Ophelia? It was strange, really... What connections she felt to this girl, that is. She didn't really know who she was, and despite age, Magomi's comforting almost felt familiar, as if she has known her for many, many years...

But what was it that everyone wanted? Why was absolutely everyone trying to keep them apart!?
