"Very well, Amaya. I hope to see you tomorrow. Good day to you," the Headmaster said sincerely. Though he could tell she concealed much, he could tell she possessed no ill-intentions towards his students.

The weekend passed. People left, people joined, things happened. But now, with the new school week and new classes, many things were possible. What will happen now?

(Students, after lunch, you must specify in some way about what elective you are taking. Choose from the list of classes/teaches on the front page.)

Amaya walked to room 3x and entered after turning the knob and popping the lock without using the key, which was in her coat pocket. Her eyes fell on the rows of desks and chairs causing her to groan in annoyance. Sure she took this job to get away from her old life, but teaching students the 'good' side of Earth magic required her to constantly remind herself that these were children and that they would need to learn the basics of intermediate earth magic before she could even begin to teach them the finer points.

Tossing her duffle bag so it hung against her back she noticed the magical seams of a hidden door and almost glided over to it. Releasing the seals, Amaya slide the hidden door open and glanced at the stairs. Sliding the door closed behind her, sealing the door with not only the original seals, she added a few underlying spells that would allow her more control over who could sense the spells.

The Headmaster gracefully and slowly walked around the halls, looking for the appropriate classroom. "Ah," he exhaled, finding the correct room. He entered it, nodding a hello to the student inside. "Greeting, Miss Bhaya. It is nice to see you here again," he said in a tone that was unclear as to whether it was genuine or sarcastic. He then walked closer to the teacher. "Miss Clark, you are dismissed, I will substitute instead," he said kindly to the teacher who was actually a substitute. She smiled at him, and left, clearly having prior engagements.

(( Go, go, post! Sorry if I wanted to sleep in! xd ))

The Headmaster smiled suddenly, as if something had communicated with him. "Ah!" he exhaled, turning to the only student in the room. "It seems you do have a teacher for today. Very good," he said. He would rather have one who was trained specifically for the class do it, for one who is trained in all, like himself, can teach little in each. It wasn't that he didn't want to teach his students, that was one of his favorite activities, but he knew they would be better learning under a person with a specific profession. "He should arrive here any minute now," he noted, starting to walk towards the door. "Well, Miss Bhaya, don't cause too much trouble now," he said, smiling at the frequent student and proceeding to walk out of Room 2A.

Mr. Gregorovich walked through the halls slowly, his hobnail boots clicking on the floor as he walked. Passing a group of students who were talking and laughing, they went silent as they saw him, staring after him. Maybe it was his demeanor. Maybe it was the book. Or maybe it was the steel mask that adorned his face. Whatever it was, Aliminius didn't care. He had long since gotten used to the stares and strange looks sent in his direction.

He quickly made his way to his classroom, room 2A, calmly opening the door with one gloved hand and walking inside, then walking over to the desk. His hood was up over his face, so that only the mask was visible. He never put down his hood or took off his mask in public. He put the book in his arms down on his desk, then touching it with one finger gingerly. Immediately, the outside of the book burst into flame, a strange flame that didn't burn the desk it sat on, but would cause extreme pain to those who tried to touch it and didn't have his expertise. He calmly looked at the room. One student. What fun this would be. He looked at his roster quickly for a moment, getting the one student's name. He then spoke, his voice coming out, thickly accented English, but surprisingly good, considering his Russian heritage.

"Hello, Miss Bhaya. I will be your Elemental Fire teacher. Now then, where shall we begin? How much do you know? I assume you have finished your Beginner's classes in fire magic, no?"

I
t was a pertinent question, considering that he was the Intermediate and Expert Fire Elemental teacher.

Amaya sat cross-legged on the floor of her private training area. Her eyes were closed and body relaxed as she slowly began to lift rocks with her mind and set them down without a sound. Sure she was able to use a style of combat to form and shape the earth the way she wanted but without a strong mind and body, most of the advanced forms of her combat skills would be useless.

The earth rumbled a bit as she slowly in a fluid motion rose from the ground, her bare feet and hands moving like the fluid moving water, the earth sliding beneith her feet, like a mud slide or magma flow.
