The hero of the story, Uzumaki Naruto!! He is the Hidden Leaf's Number One Loudest Ninja, which is a title he more than lives up to. He breaks the rules, he has to be the centre of attention, his intelligence sinks below every other ninja, he is untalented in comparison with his fellow Academy students, he is outspoken and egotistical but most importantly: He has a Ninja spirit that never gives up! Naruto might be the bottom of his classes and might not be a genius of Ninjutsu but he is honest in everything he does, which is a quality every ninja should have. Being our hero, he has a unique ability that singles him out from any other character and, for once, it's not due to an Advanced Bloodline. Sealed within Naruto is a Nine-Tailed Demon Fox that attacked and almost destroyed the Hidden Leaf Village. This immeasurable power was preserved inside of a newborn babies body so that it couldn't return to demolish the Village again. That baby was Naruto. So, being the person to have sacrificed his body and future to save the village, you'd expect Naruto to be a hero and martyr in the eyes of the villagers. This, however, couldn't be farther from the truth.
As a child, Naruto was neglected and was only acknowledged as a monster and a demon boy who shouldn't be alive, let alone a Shinobi. He grew up without any parents, without the love of another person. In fact, Naruto has been entirely alone his entire life. So, it's no wonder he is always reaching out for people's attention. This explains why he played the clown of the class in the Ninja academy. He always wanted someone to be looking at him, to acknowledge he existed, even at the expense of his reputation and education. In the short term it worked, all the children laughed at him and exclaimed what a funny guy he was, but it still didn't make him feel wanted by anyone. The children's parents would still grimace in his direction and talk about him behind his back, which ultimately put him back where he started. From his dejection, Naruto grew up to have a dream that he would devote his life to, no matter what happened. That dream was to be the Hidden Leaf Villages Hokage and have everyone acknowledge Naruto as the Villages best and strongest Ninja. A very difficult dream to accomplish, especially when he had nobody to support his ambition or to help him believe he could be anything he wanted. Until, he found that in his sensei, Iruka.
Iruka had a very similar childhood to Naruto and he understands the shadow of pain Naruto lives under. Iruka treated Naruto to ramen, he paid extra attention to Naruto outside of the academy, and, to ensure sure he would grow up into someone respectable, he disciplined Naruto sternly in the ninja academy. In Iruka, Naruto found a precious person who he would fight for. That was the type of person Naruto had never had before. Still, as time passed, Naruto found two more people who he would fight beside and die with. His rival, Uchiha Sasuke and his love interest, Haruno Sakura. These are the two people who mean the most to Naruto from very different reasons.
Sakura is a girl who Naruto has a soft spot for. It's not clear why he really likes her, but it's probably because she is cute and smartest rookie of Naruto's group. He's never actually admitted he loves her either, instead he does a much better job of annoying her and making him seem even more worthless by acting like an idiot that he's so used to doing. The other person who Naruto is connected with is Uchiha Sasuke, the last member of the Uchiha clan and a genius rookie who is the strongest ninja in the academy. Naruto hates Sasuke more than anyone he's ever met. He is a guy who always acts cool and gets the attention of everyone and the majority the girls. This includes Sakura, who is probably the biggest Sasuke fan in the academy. All of these things, and the fact Sasuke doesn't even need to try to succeed as an excellent ninja, annoy Naruto. So, Naruto makes a point of working hard so that Sasuke doesn't continue to steal the limelight and also wants Sasuke's recognition that Naruto is his equal. Through the story, the relationship between these three changes a great deal, but this is how things stand between them at the beginning.
So, with the power of the Nine-Tails at his aid, Naruto has a colossal amount of chakra that accompanies his seemingly endless stamina perfectly. On the whole, Naruto is well established for any type of Ninja skill and out of all the characters, he seems to have the largest inventory. In this list, there is the Kinjutsu, Kage Bushin no Jutsu. This is similar to Bushin no Jutsu, but instead of creating the illusion of multiplication, it actually creates actual clones of Naruto that can fight and hold things. This is Naruto's favourite technique! He also has the infamous Sexy no Jutsu. This crazy technique involves using the Henge no Jutsu to turn into a hot chick and give the (male) adults a geyser or a nosebleed, knocking them out instantly. This technique is a little ridiculous, but that's Naruto for you!

Communications Essay
In this essay I will be discussing my three communication strengths, as well as my challenges and how I can come about change.
My three communication strengths that I would have to choose would be my active listening, my Responding, and my Eye contact. I show active listening by always paying attention to the person talking and I try to get involved in group conversations. I show my responding by always trying to give the best answer I can think of to the particular conversation/or question. With Eye contact I try to show it by allowing the person to see my full self and I’m always facing the person and by getting down to there level.
I think that all my strengths will benefit me in the clinical area, for it will show everyone that I am a good communicator as well as a respectful person.
My three communication challenges I would have to say would be my Defensiveness, My voice, and my Interrupting. My defensiveness is a big challenge because it turns people off from wanting to talk to me, and that enables me to get along with others, I show it by not allowing people to take the spot light away from me, or telling me that I have done something wrong. My voice is a problem because it always stands out nomatter how quiet i'm talking; this mean if i'm talking and someone else is at the same time I usually don't notice the other person is saying and miss out on it, I show it when I get a little happy or excited and my voice will get deeper and louder. Interrupting is shown when another person is talking and I jump in with something that is not related to the conversation, so I let them know that I’m not listening and that I have my own agenda in my head.
These challenges affect me in the clinical area, because it makes people agitated, and it shows them that I’m not a really nice person.
A situation where I wish that that communication went more effectively was when I was in an argument with my mom over cleaning my room. I would have to say that it was a transaction type of communication because my mom was the only one willing to listen but we both had to say. What was ineffective about our communication was the lack of listening during the argument, as well as my big problem with defensiveness.
The skills that would have helped me communicate more effectively would be to allow others to talk to and always listen. A plan in which I can change my communication challenges would be to no jump to conclusions so I should paraphrase more and not get so defensive and don’t strike back.
In the end I find that I need to deal with all my challenges and work hard to not allow them to get in my way, so I should focus more on my strengths so others don’t think badly about me.

How to draw anime

STEP 1: Sketch out an egg shape.
It kind of has to look like an egg with the smaller side pointed downwards, and the bigger, more rounded side would be tilted upwards. If you are having problems, you could try to draw it on an axis.
STEP 2: Sketch out a cross.
Act as if it were actually a curved surface of egg, and create a cross on the face. It kind of makes the bigger, rounder part of the egg shape into its own circle.
STEP 3: Outlines.
The intersection will give you an idea of which direction the charcter is facing. Outline using the egg-shape as a guide. Keep in mind that you're drawing a person; there is slight indentation for the eyes.
STEP 4: Sketch guides for the neck and shoulders.
From the smaller side of the egg shape, extend lines that will curve outwards. These will be the contours of the neck and shoulders that will guide you in making hairstyles, whether long or short haired.
These same steps can be applied no matter what direction the character is facing. As long as you remember later on that the intersection will give you an idea of where to fit the eyes and nose. Here's an example, but this time the head is shown straight-on rather than at a tilt or angle.
STEP 1: Egg shape.
STEP 2: Cross.
STEP 3: Outline.
STEP 4: Neck and shoulder contour.
FALLING HAIR - Here's some techniques for making hair that falls. This is good for making long or short hair.
STEP 1: Start with the bangs.
Use thin, quick strokes to create a frame around the face.
STEP 2: Forming the Head
Now, it's time to round off the top of the head. This is kind of hard--sometimes, it will just look right. Think of it as an extention to the egg-shape.
STEP 3: Let the hair fall.
Bring down the hair. Don't just draw it in straight lines because it will look too stiff. Use long quick strokes to create some locks of hair. But don't draw too many or it will look too busy.
SPIKE IT!! - Spikey hair is always exciting. It tends to defy gravity and is always standing up on its own. Here's how to work on the gravity-defying spikey anime hair.
STEP 1: Sketch bangs and frontal hair.
When spiking hair, the bangs don't fall around the face in a frame. Instead, they are uplifted, so you could see the hairline and forhead more clearly defined. Use short, quick dashes and zig-zags to create a hairline.
STEP 2: Make it wild.
Although you could round off the top and back of the head and leave spikes in the front, try to be creative. Sketch out where you would round off the top and back of head, and from there, extend quick strokes. They don't have to connect at the ends, but just enough to define the spike.
VARIATIONS - Try to experiment with the hairstyles that you've learned. For example, instead of spiking the hair up, how about making it fluffy? You can come up with other hairstyles by varying the way you use the techniques.
Eyes are another prominent feature in anime. Anime characters are especially known for having huge eyes and strange expressions. This section will guide you through creating anime eyes, which are said to be one of the hardest parts of drawing faces.
STEP 1: Lightly sketch out two circles where the eyes would be.
They should be imperfect circles that have a base on the horizontal line of the cross. These will guide you in making the eyes.
STEP 2: Draw in the basic outline for the eyes.
This consists of the eyebrows, the top and bottom eyelashes, and the iris. The rows of eyelashes are not connected to each other.
STEP 3: Add the details.
Now, you could add in any details that you wish: big bushy eyelashes, a fold for the eyelid, pupil, and highlights. Anime characters are known to have highlights where it seems impossible. You can use highlights to make various character expressions.
VARIATIONS: There are other expressions that do not follow the normal rules. Here's a few examples of faces with different eye expressions:
Now that you've covered the parts that really stand out, here's a few pointers to finish off the rest of the face.
NOSE: Sometimes, you could just mark the nose by it's nostrils. Other times, you could make a litte upside-down '7' for the nose. Or, you could represent the nose with it's shadow. Also, some artists use little triangles for the nose.
MOUTH: This completes the expression--a smile, a smirk, a scream, etc.
There are so many different ways to draw anime style faces that they can't all be covered or described here. The easiest way to learn any more techniques is to observe more anime and to practice sketching.
Here's the finished products, including the guides. When completed, you may erase the guides after inking your artwork.
