"Leave her alone! She didn't do anything wrong!" Her head jerked up as she stared at him, half begging half telling him to leave Kari alone.

He looked to her with a smile "so you do remember how to speak, good, I'll expect to hear you answer me from now on when I ask you a question." He gets out of bed and stretches some. "I'm going to go bathe now, one of my servents will show you to your precious cat. You will get one hour, then meet me in my garden, understood?" With that he gave a clap of his hands, and two servents approach, both young girls, one bows to Lyoko and turnes gesturing for her to follow, the other, following Ryu out of the bedroom.

Lyoko followed the girl quickly, wanting to make sure that Kari was safe and unharmed. She'd done as he wanted in bed and hoped he kept his end of the bargain.

The girl actually lead Lyoko outside to a Large cage, filled with what looked like a forest. Threw the bars and bamboo forest kari was laying on a flat rock under a tree, apparently sleeping. The girl stepped aside so that Lyoko would be able to approach the bars of the cage.

Lyoko walked up to the bars of the cage and called to her cat. Kari immediately woke up and jumped down, running up the bars of the caged she nuzzled and licked Lyoko's outstretched hand. ~At least she's content, she had no idea about what happened. Thank you Isis, for keeping her safe.~ After an hour the girl gently took Lyoko's arm adn led her back inside. Kari jumped back to where she was and fell asleep again.

The girl lead Lyoko back to the garden, there Ryu was crouched down before a few Bonzai trees, carefully pruning them. Withouth looking to her he asks "Are you satisfied with your pets current condition?" he continues to lightly prune his bonzai's.

"Yes, thank you." She looked around at the garden and knelt next to another bonsai tree. "These are beautiful, you planted these?" For the moment she forgot who she was talking to and what he had done to her.

He nods as he inspects one of the bonzai "My days of constant waring are all but done, so I occupy my time with other hobby, usualy revolving around concepts of beauty." He gives her a side glance and half smile as he says the last part there. He then stands when he seems satisfied with his work, and move to the Koi pond, grabbing a small bowl as he approaches, clearly he's going to feed his fish.

She stayed where she was, inspecting and admiring the various plants that inhabited the garden. She was clearly impressed.

He reached into the small bowl and began to scatter small hand fulls of fish food over the pond. the Koi fish swam to the surface of the pond and began to feed. He says to Lyoko "so what is your over all impression of my home, myself, and your's and your cat's situation?"

She took a moment to think before answering. "Your home is beautiful, Kari seems content adn doesn't even seem to care that there are bars surrounding her. I'm still wondering how my situation will affect my own or Kari's safety in the future. And I don't know exactly what to think about you."

He smiled some "I see, well all you need to know, is that you and your friend kari are safe, so long as you obey my will. The more you do so, the better your situation, cross me.....well I sure your mind can imagine all manner of punishments for you." He looks to her and gestures her to approach him.

She walked over to him silently. She understood what he wanted of her so unless he released her himself she really had no choice. She looked down at the Koi fish and admired their different colors.

He looks to her, smiling as he sees that she was admiring them. He then offers the small, half full bowl of fish food to her. His intent for her to feed the fish should be clear enough in that simple gesture.

She smiled and took the bowl from him, taking small amounts she sprinkled the food over the surface of the water. She watched the Koi's come to the surface in groups at a time to feed.
