My name is Sarah. My parents couldn't decide between Hannah or Jennifer, so they named me Sarah. I never just write my first name though, I include my middle name for some reason. Sarah Elizabeth.
Edit: Oh, and something else. Sarah means "princess" in Hebrew. I kind of just thought that was cool. I forget what Elizabeth means, but if I'm not minstaken, it's also Hebrew.

My real name is Emanuel Torres and my mom gave me my name because it means god is with us and i was going to be born with problems and thanks to god i was born perfectly fine ^ ^

my name is Jennifer because my parents weren't very creative, but they knew of one of my older sister's friend who was intelligent named Jennifer.. unfortunately my siblings make fun of me because that Jennifer had a glass eye, as I was named after her sweatdrop

And my middle name's Anne, because...I guess they liked the name?
Catherine Anne. I don't really like the name Catherine though. I've always been called "Cassie" by my parents...even though Cassie and Catherine aren't THAT similar, they liked the name Cassie too. xD So I always go by Cassie now.

Stephanie. I was named after my maternal grandmother, except my first name is the Americanized version of her middle name (Stephona) and my middle name is her first name.

No I wasn't named after the person you're probably thinking of she wasn't well known when I was born, my parents would have named me something else, but thats why I'm changing my middle name.
And no, my last name is not Smith. I'm not telling you, but I will tell you it's the name of a wrestling program....
