Trolls, because they regenerate health. One once ran away from me and when I finally got to it, it's health was restored. Fighting more than one is annoying for me.
Clannfears also. It's for the same reasons as for most people. The stupid leap attack...
Any spell user is annoying because they run and find a way to distract me.

My most annoying enemy is Vampires. Some of them are nice but most of them are mean and just want to infect you and make your life a living hell!!!

Mixahashi Will o Wisps are so annoying, you can only hit them with certain weapons and they do semi-permenant damage to your intelligence, and with me being a mage, that can be a serious problem, along with the visibility issues in the woods when they just appear out of no where. I have been utterly raped by these. I was starting a new profile for a battle mage but his health sucked, anywhoo, I was doing a Fighter's Guild quest, the one that takes you to the Cave South of Cheydinhal and you have to kill that Will-o-the-Wisp. Well after I achieved that, I went to walk up the hill, seeing nothing there at all. Then BAM! 3 Will-o-The-Wisp's raping me from all sides....I tried to run but I died xD WHORES. I absolutely hate GLOOM Wraith's and Ogre's. I have a level 38 Orc Woman with 100 Health and Strength, amongst other things, has Master in Swords, Block, and Heavy Armor, owns many magical swords, and STILL I get rapped by these guys. Ogre just dont know when to die, and Gloom wraiths get up close and personal until their health drops then the run with their tails behind them and fling annoying spells xD Hoped you like this little monologue of mine =D

Savage Ogres. I can handle the normal ones, but the savage ones.... They're just all "OOOOOO HOOMAN. ME SMASH N STUFF. ME HAVE UBER HEALTH BAR. ME LIVE LONG." And then they try and rape you! And I'm sitting there in my armor going "NOOOOO LEAVE ME ALONE D:<" aaaaaand then they take forEVER to kill. crying

I HATE SPELL-FINGERS,
1. They always run
2. They use they stupidest attacks
3. They wine
4. THEY ARE THE MOST COWARDLY THINGS IN TAMRIEL, they are afraid to get close to enemies like Warriors and Stealth characters do, they are never outside civilization (hiding in their guild halls). Seriously how many times do you get attacked by a mage in the wild?

I do hate Will O' The Wisps, but I have a certain respect for them. One time, I pissed one off, and no matter how far I ran, or where I fast traveled to, he'd find me again.
I picked wraiths. The gloom wraiths just take forever to kill, even with 100 str, mastered blade, and Umbra! Plus, magical attacks will wear down the best of us warrior types. (If I'm stealth, I just avoid them, and I haven't done a pure mage yet.)
In the early going, I f---ing hate scamps. They wouldn't be so bad if they didn't incorporate their fire attacks in with their physical attacks. So we have an unblockable magic attack followed by a shoulder ram that staggers you back. I just slash at them like a madman until they die.

Definitely will o wisps... that damn draining ability kills me cuz im always evil first and i cant just go to a church to get restored

Arch Daemon Duck_in_microwave Arch Daemon I thought of another one. ********' mudcrabs. They never set off my battle-mode music, so I never know they're there until WHAM! Holy s**t, I just got a**-raped by a mudcrab! Then they get a couple more hits in before I've fully recuperated enough to take them out in one swing. I know how that feels Being a**-raped by a crab? Not a good feeling, is it? Easy way to solve that problem. Detect Life. I had this 1 item...Can't remember its name, bt detect life 60ft on self. That, combined with full glass armor with agility bonuses, and a daedric bow with: 20 fire 20 Lightning 10 Ice and Enchanted arrows with: 15 lightning I destroyed all. Rings fortified my Marksmanship and athletics But I hate hate HATE will-o-the-wisps. Their absorb life spell is annoying. Praise Azura for master sneak and a spell with 15% chameleon

I've only been playing on and off for about 3 weeks 'cause I have to go to a friend's house to play Oblivion and so far I'm a level 9 Argonian mercenary but the most annoying enemy i've come across was this one woman who was decked in armor and had enchanted weapons and I found her in this one cave (and for the life of me I can't remember which one) but she hit me twice and killed me. I attempted 10 times to kill her and the most hits I got on her were 5 before she killed me. I just gave up.

Daedric Spiders are the worst thing EVER! Their mini-them spawns paralyze you and you get eaten by 1 billion other Daedra because if there's a Spider there's likely more enemies. They can even see through 100% Chameleon suits while you're in sneak mode! I'm so glad my armor has such great damage reflection! I still didn't live though...
