Probably Father Hugue de Watteau is my least favorite character. The amount of attention he gets in RAM (remarkable he gets his own manga cover for his introduction in a filler chapter whereas key characters like Kate or the Professor don't) is ridiculous because he's so bland and cliché pretty boy.
Everyone in the Anime seems OOC and unappealing. I know I loathed what they did with the poor Esther, making her a distressed damsel when she can stand her ground and lead her own rebellion in the novels. I like her manga self as well, due to her tsundere spunk and her obvious femme slashiness. heart

Esther is a horrible character in the anime, but in the manga she isn't really that bad.
