"Well...Slytherin's tale has it's own amounts of incertainty to it already. If he was alive, he'd be up and fighting his heir, I think." She shook her head "It's a pity there are only a few who know his real story. I've been trying to work with my mother to show it to the world - but the ministry won't let it out, which to me is more than enough proof You-Know-Who is running it. But if I can make it known here at school, I think some Slytherins may start reviewing their loyalties. Or at least I hope so." There was also a chance they'd hate Muggles even more, but she'd rather not think about that. "Abigail...I remember her vagely...I'll scan around and see where it leads me."
She looked at Talia, who looked intrigued at her words, and smiled "Don't worry, I'll tell you all about that. But not now; it's getting really late and we have to return. Thank you for talking to me, and for trusting me. Let's just hope you're right and the DA takes our help." And she raised from the chair, heading for the door.

Abigail awoke the next morning in the arm chair she was reading in from the night before. It was still in the common room. Must be early morning still, no one will be up for classes yet. No use in sleeping any more. With that thought Abigail headed to her dorm room and got ready for the school day.
When she came back into the common room she was in her school robes, combat boots, with two silver rings on my right hand, and a simple black ribbon choker around her neck. With book in hand Abigail headed out to the Great Hall for breakfast. As it was only about 6:30 in the morning there was almost no one in the Great Hall. The few that were there Abigail didn't speek to and a few looked to be first years. As she sat down at the Slytherin table nibbling at her food she read her book, hoping no one would come to disturb her. Classes would start latter and she just wished for a peaceful morning.

Gin was shaken awake by an almost creepily gleeful Luna Lovegood. uh... what time is it? he asked her, not even questioning why she looked so happy. it's seven ginny boy. she slapped him on the back and he almost coughed from the force. why'd you wake me up so early? she didn't reply but she pointed to the golden galleon in gin's hand. He quickly stashed it in his pocket, realizing he had fallen asleep while trying to figure out how it worked. If you want to know how it works then you should ask Nevile. she said as she left the common room and headed towards the great hall.
Gin was left with a sigh on his face. Longbottom huh? he made for the shower before anyone woke up and cleaned himself. He got dressed into his school robes and his jeans, cracked his neck, and headed down for the grand hall with his things as more people started to wake up. Classes start today don't they? he thought, trying to clear his head of the morning haze and remember what his first class was.

(ooc - I'll assume Anne and Talia made it back to bed without incident)
Talia moaned as she woke up, she was still exhausted from last night. Somehow she managed to drag herself out of bed and get dressed, then she saw the time,
"Six thirty, damn, I could have slept in, oh well, might as well get some breakfast." she left the other members of her dorm sleeping and went down to the Great Hall.
On the way out she saw timetables for each member of her house and picked her's up, she also noticed Gin had made it into potions, and that was their first lesson.
"Oh good, someone I can talk to." she said picking up the pace. She noticed Gin just in front of her.
"Well done on getting into potions." she said, as she caught up with him.

"Damn, damn, DAMN!" It was late. It was very late. Hurrying out of bed, Anne looked at the watch. 20 minutes until her first class, Transfiguration. Dressing as fast as humanly possible, she left the dorms running. "You'd think my dear colleagues would try and wake me, but no!" She muttered as she came into the common room. No time for breakfast. Racing along the hallways, she arrived at class just at the same time as Prof. McGonnagal.
"G-good morning, Professor." She was breathless. Entering the classroom, she cast a deadly glance at her roomates and got to her seat, second row center. Placing her bag on the desk and taking her wand out, she waited for the teacher to start the class.

Breakfast was soon to come to a close so Abigail decided to go to the dungeons and retrieve her book bag and her timestable. On her way out of the common room she looked to see what her first class would be. History of Magic. "Oh joy" she said to herself sacastically. She walked through the halls at a quick pase. I am not getting a front seat in that borfest. I can read and use a quick-quotes quill if i'm in the back.
When she finally got to the class room there was only 5 minutes till it began and there was almost no one there. So Abigail walked up the rised seats and planted herself in the far back corner next to the window overlooking the grounds. This by far was her favorite seat in the room. Noticing that more students were coming in she began to take out her supplies for the class. One short spotted feather Quick-Quotes quill, a long scrap of parchment, and a nice long book of her own. All was ready to start what was to be the longest class of the centery. Soon after Professor Binns came floating through the chalkboard and began to drown on. Mean wile Abigails quill began writing everything down as she read her book.

After waking up, Carina got ready and headed to the great hall to grab a bite to eat. She then made her way to professor Slughorns class for her first class of the year. She was the only Gryffindor female there.

"Hey wait up." Talia said after she finished her toast.
She ran after Gin and caught up with him, well, hopefully Professor Slughorn won't try to start up his little club again, I heard all about it last year, and I'm guessing professor Snape is teaching DADA again."
She paused and checked her timetable,
"Yes it is potions, and we're not late." she checked her watch, "I wonder who else is taking it." she said as they walked into the almost empty potions lab.
She saw Professor Slughorn at his desk, "Morning Professor." she said, sitting down.
Then she saw they were not the only ones in the class, there was a Gryffindor there also, Talia did not know her that well, but she knew her name, Carina Lestrange.
She found it odd that there was another Deatheater's child not in Slyhterin,
Well you just need to look at that to see she's not a bad person, and if I remember she has a crush on Neville Longbottom, poor girl, thanks to her parents she doesn't have a chance. Talia thought.
She turned to Carina, and waved, "Hi" she said

Gin walked into the class and gave Slughorn a wave, still holding a piece of toast in his mouth. He didn't bother to see who else was in the class and took a seat in the second row. He took out the year's required potion's book and rested his elbows on it like a coaster, waiting tiredly for the class to start.

Carina saw some of her fellow students come in, after a few minutes a Ravenclaw 6th year come in.They must be combining the 6th and 7th year potions because there are less studentsshe thought. She studied her for a while, trying to see if she knew her. Then, as the girl said hi to her, her name came to her, it was Talia.
"Hello" she replied.

(ooc - tbh all we need slughorn to do is give us the work, I've got all the info on him I need to make a good attempt at RPing as him, and taking it in turns is a good idea, but I'll start, now who do we put into the Slug Club?)
"Sit here Carina" she said, motioning to the seat on her right.
"Ah hello Talia, Gin, nice to see you again, well done on your results, quite spectacular both of you, and your confusing draught was the best the examiner had seen in years Talia, took five attempts to reverse the effects" Slughorn said greeting the new students. "And Carina, back for more I see, don't worry, this class is a one off, some revision for the seventh years and new information for the sixth years. Right down to business, on page ten of your textbooks you will find the instructions for brewing the Draught of Living Death. I want you to brew some for me."
Talia blushed when her confusing draught was mentioned, had it been that good? Well she was here now.
She opened the textbook and began to read the instructions, it didn't look too hard, but something did not feel right about the instructions.

Carina got up to sit next to Talia. She had hoped she might make some new friends since basically all of her others werent there anymore. I wonder if Talia is in the D.A.? she thought. Carina has only been to a few meetings her self and she mainly stayed with her friend, Lyles. Talia seemed nice too, evenn though her parents were deatheaters, Carina was grateful for that. Slughorn made a few announcements and then assgned the class work for the day.
"It's Talia, right?"
