Amaya nodded at Anos words, though she hoped they wouldn't be true. Their pack was already dying out and something as big as a fight for leadership would only hurt it, maybe even divide it. She gave a sigh, knowing that her twin would be at their den later and she'd get an earful from her overprotective brother.
Akamarus fur went back to normal and his tail wagged again when he sensed the hostility had gone. He gave Anos hand a lick to say hello, then sat down again next to Kiba.
Kiba grinned at Ano, a slight blush to his cheeks. "I get that a lot."

Ume stayed silent throughout the rest of the ordeal, not wanting to make it more an issue than what it already was. Sighing, she watched as Ryoku stormed off, knowing he meant well. "Ano-sama, would you like me to go and have a word with Ryoku-san?" she asked. As much as she didn't want to at the moment, Ume knew someone had to.
Lee was somewhat amazed that Setsu was so casual about the whole scene that just went on but decided it was best not to say anything. It seemed more like a problem within the other village anyway. Hearing Setsus question, the spandex-clad nin was pulled from his amazement and his face lit up. "Really?" It didn't seem out of the ordinary to Lee to go and touch the ears of some random person whom he had just met.

"Yes Ume-san. Please. You are the only one who could talk some sense into him at this point," She said sighing at how unfortunate this was."Oh really?" Ano said coyly. She smirked and then leaned a bit closer to sniff him. Her eyes were closed and they opened. A hint of curiousity could be seen in them. "You smell of dog. And you act simliar, but you are not a shape-shifter."
"Of course you may Lee-kun!" Setsu smiled brightly and moved closer so Lee had easier access.
"I am at a loss at what to do in this situation. This is totally foreign to me in every way. But I would gladly accept your vilage's hospitality." Shino stated.

Nodding, Ume left the area and followed Ryokus scent. He was probably heading back to the village so she took her time following it. The whole talk was going to be stressful but she'd deal with it.
Lee reached out and tentatively touched Setsus ears. From a spectators view, he looked like an excited five year old touching a spider for the first time.

((wow there is someone who's as big of a dork as Lee who isn't Gai XD ))
Ryoku had just made it back to the village and was currently smashing apart a small tree, venting his anger. He'd much rather have been fighting with one of the strangers, or even another of his male pack mates, but the consequences of that would be high this time. After the tree was nothing more than a mangled mess, he sat down on the ground and leaned against another, ignoring the blood that still trickled down his neck. What the hell is that Ano thinking, allowing outsiders in?
Amaya gave Shino a smile. "I will find you and your companions a place to stay then. I'd let you stay with me if I had the room, but even then you would have to deal with my brother." She gave a sigh and lowered her eyes. "I apologize again for my brothers behavior. He will be dealt with later." She jumped when she felt something brush her side, having forgotten about Fuki. "Oh, right. My name is Amaya and this is my good friend Yuki. She is friendly so do not worry." Fuki walked over to Shino and started sniffing around him. She gave a snort, then layed down at his feet. Amaya giggled. "She says you smell a bit strange but she likes you anyway."
"My family is very close with dogs and we do act very much like them. We Inuzukas are the best trackers you'll ever find and no one knows dogs like we do." Kiba continued to smile, this time from pride. "The heads of my clan are already talking about make me the next heir, even though I'm not the eldest child."

Finally Ume had reached the village, just it time to see Ryoku finish up with the tree and sit down. Guess I wasn't moving as slow as I thought. "Ryoku-san?" A little reluctant to get very close to the male, Ume took a few steps closer but still kept a fair bit of distance between the two.

Ryoku looked at Ume for a moment, then sighed and let his eyes fall shut. I see Ano sent the one person capable calming me down...little b***h knows me too well. "You here to chew me out, Ume?" his eyes remained closed as he spoke.

Ume sighed and folded her arms in front of her chest, looking away. "I'm not here to do anything but talk Ryoku. Ano-sama probably expects me to yell at you for your behavior in front of the others but I won't. I'm here to talk about why you think our judgment is so clouded that we can't tell who's fine to talk to and who isn't." Ume's voice was becoming a little higher as she became more distressed. Things like this normally didn't get to her but for some reason the wolf nin just take it as easily this time.

Ryoku patted the spot on the ground behind him, hoping the female would sit. "I think that you guys are just over excited about the outsiders that you can't sense that somethings off with them. I can feel it to the bone that if they stay in the village, even for a day, trouble will come and that won't be good for us. Is it bad for me to want to protect the village and the ones I care about?"

Ume walked over and sat beside Ryoku. "I can see where you're coming from but still. It's okay to want to protect things you care for but they are the first people our village has had any contact with in a large span of time. If we wish to have a good experience with them, you need to trust them a little more." she explained, not really knowing if she worded the situation correctly.

"They better not be here long enough for them to have to earn my trust. And we should be extra cautious just because we haven't had 'visitors' for a long time. We'd look pathetic if an enemy slipped in and killed everyone." Ryoku leaned his head to the side to lean against Umes. "Just don't let your guard down around them, alright?"

"Okay..." Ume replied, shifting a little so that she and Ryoku were seated comfortably. "If I do that for you, could you at least try to make our visitors stay a little less terrifying?"

((I had to make Setsu a dork. He is my dorky side. Ano can't very well be a dork if she runs the village... ))
As Lee began to touch his ears, Setsu panted and his smile became a little wider. Apparently he was enjoying this attention. Much like a dog would. His tail wagging cam e to a stop but he was enjoying the rubbing.
"That is quite impressive Kiba. How old are you may I ask? " Ano was curious as to how powerful this dog boy was. He would probably be a formidable opponent. Or lover.
((Yes Ano did think lover. xD))
Shino chuckled. "That is quite nice of you to accept me even if I smell unusual Fuki-sama." He let her smell his hand and then he reached out to rub behind her ears. "I can understand why your brother is acting this way Ayame-chan. I would be suspicious also if I had not had contact with other villages in that span of time. He is just worried about the welfare of his village."

((Makes ya wonder what will/would happen to Konoha if Narutos gets his wish. And you never mentioned about what time this is so I hope I don't make him too old))
"That depends on them..." Ryoku moved his head so he could look right at Ume. "And you. I don't like the idea of you getting too close to those people and them putting their hands on you. You're my chosen and I won't allow them to disgrace you." ((he's decided that for himself, if Ume agrees or not it's up to you. XD ))
"Seventeen, why do you ask?" Why is she asking such odd questions anyway? His cheeks colored when his stomach made a rather loud rumble. He hadn't eaten yesterday and his stomach was demanding nourishment. "S-sorry."
"I'm sure that's true, Shino-san, but my brother also suffers from a rather large ego. You and your friends would probably do best to ignore him or even stay away from him if you can. He's only going to stir up trouble with you."

Ume visibly stiffened a the last part. "I'm, your chosen?" she repeated. Now that Ryoku had said that, Umes mind was running. She knew she had to choose a mate at some point but never really gave much thought on the issue. But now that it was brought to her attention, she didn't know what to say."I-I have to go now." Without another word, Ume rose and disappeared in a puff of smoke, appearing once again where the others were. "Amaya-san, may I have a word with you for a moment?" she requested quickly then proceeded to grab the other female by the arm loosely and pulling her off to this side, rather than waiting for a response.
Lee face lit up as Setsu reacted well and her continued to play with the ears that sat atop the others head, ignoring Umes sudden re-entry. "Wow. These are great! I'll bet you're able to fight really well having ears like these." he chirped.
