How could we have Rivera survive pregnancy though? My mind is a blank right now...

Ahhh I see...
Well Celeste had been away for 2-3 months ((AKA I dissapeared sweatdrop )) and I figured she needed a big plot twist.. so she got pregnant..
I never thought of her not surviving.. why, is someone pregnant?
