Most middle school kids irk me. So much that I want to strangle them, but I can't cause that's illegal. I've always preferred talking to people older than me, even when I was younger. You can learn more that way.
Kids are stupid sometimes. 3

I didn't either.
The "MODS" were elusive and frightening, the "ADMINS" were more like ... urban legends.
Especially since about a week after I joined, my daughter -- the one who talked me into joining -- was permabanned.

It did hers too. She hasn't been back since. It was unfair the way it happened -- and she tries about every 3 months to get her account back. http://www.gaiaonline.com/profiles/?u=148700I keep watching her account, just to be sure she isn't hacked or whatever. I sure wish she could get her account though. Then I could steal her OMG. twisted

3 years in the exchange. crying
The worst part is -- when I joined she offered me bunches of DI's, because she had so much.. big hoard. I refused, told her I wasn't going to take her stuff - she worked hard for it and I would earn my own.
And just days later she was permabanned. What a waste. stressed

Ugh. I haven't even touched the exchange in like a month. I'm to lazy to exchange/vend.
And well at least you were being nice. I mean what if they would have baned your account too, or something like that?

Actually, it's not her items that make me sad about the entire thing. She was devastated, absolutely loved Gaia. That's the worst part.
Anyway, I'm off to bed.

I'm not even gonna try to imagine, how she must've felt to find out she was banned.
Bye Ama!

Erik The Remarkable Ugh. I haven't even touched the exchange in like a month. I'm to lazy to exchange/vend. And well at least you were being nice. I mean what if they would have baned your account too, or something like that? Naw, she got banned for 'scamming'. She had had a Christmas give a way -- and the person who won the main 'gift' cancelled the trade when she tried to send it. He later sent her a nasty PM -- either give me my item or I will report -- she told him he was rude and contacted a mod and asked what she should do. The mod she spoke with told her not to worry about it -- nothing was going to happen even if he did report her so she dropped the whole thing. A couple weeks later.. bam! permaban. She was banned for 'scamming' even though she'd already given away a ton of items in her thread. Anyway, that's what she told me -- of course, I can't see what the mods see so I have no idea. And now, I'm gone *poof*

Ugh!
If thats what happened then that is pretty stupid. I'm sure if the mod studied the case a little bit farther, i'm sure they could prove her innocence. Or check her trades and her PM's.
But anyways. Good Night Ama!

Erik The Remarkable Some kids really need to grow up.
They need to learn the internet isn't only for kids.
Personally I'm glad this site isn't all kids.
Imagine if it was a bunch of 12/13 year olds running around?
The generation or two after me keep the site in orders.
And besides isn't Lanzer like 32? And they wouldn't call him a ***** class="clear"> 12/13 year olds running around...god kill me! gonk (I meant the illiterate and obnoxous ones. 3nodding )
