They don't do that 'stealing your breath in the night' thing, do they? We don't have them in my dystopian future home, so all I've got is old books I stole that aren't always right.

Noooo...not that I know of. I mean I've seen them gain powers from all sorts of mystical Egyptian cat cults, but I'm pretty sure it's a scam. And those powers only end up doing stuff like "+1 to stealing" and so forth.
