Kazuhiko however was making sure to protect him. "Listen." the little boy snapped, eyes brightening.
If they wanted to play this game, he was more than willing to outpower them all and play Peacemaker instead.
"YOU ALREADY KILLED HIM ONCE!" he snapped at her, releasing his own ki blast that flung the couple back like a couple of ragdolls. It was keenly noticeable that with his temper came great bursts like this, and it was happening more often. "STOP IT!"
He shivered a bit with rage, trying to calm down as he stared at them. "He ISN'T trying to HURT US baka!!! BAKA!!!!" he shook his head, furious. "Do you sense ANYTHING?!!!!! Did you know my Mum and Otousan DIED?!!!" he demanded, rushing forward to hover above them, little arms crossed. "DO YOU HAVE ANY IDEA WHAT WOULD HAVE HAPPENED WITHOUT HIM?!!! I'D BE DEAD TOO!" he flung his arm out.
Another wave of ki crushed most of the furniture in the room to his left. He couldn't control it yet. "See?!!! Look what you made me do!" he started crying, "I just want, to eat, and, and he doesn't know how to cook, and, and Mum, was, was hurt, and dead, and hurt more, and Da had to take her memories again so they need sleepies cause I give them headaches now!" he wailed. "WHY CAN'T EVERYONE JUST BE NICE?!!! I hate it! I hate it! We're FAMILY!"
He pounded his fists on the floor, cracks and indentations forming like spiderwebs were he touched. "JUST GROW UP!" he shouted, trying to wipe his eyes as he floated to the middle-height of the room.
He couldn't so much as touch anything without breaking it, even being gentle. Trying to open the fridge resulted in him accidentally breaking the door off.
"Why can't I be good??" he looked up at Aled, tears streaming down his face. "What's wrong with me..?!?"
He tried to put the door back on but this only made matters worse. He let it go and started bawling hysterically, snuggling Aled for comfort.
Poor kid had had a VERY stressful past couple of days, to say the least. Very few friends, both his parents dying, massive amounts of fighting, Susan hating him suddenly...
And now this too???
"Why can't anywhere I go be peaceful??" he sniffed, head buried in Aled's chest. "Everywhere I go, bad things happen..."

Kaguyo blushed as well. "Eek..." she winced slightly, before creeping over to Watari.
"Gomen if I made you feel awkward." she whispered, quickly hugging him. The girl was still such a disheveled mess, hair sticking out in such strange angles she almost looked like a Saiya-jin.
Alllllllmost. There were keen differences, naturally, but the hair was definitely pretty crazy.
It was kinda endearing, really. Kaguyo had always been so serious. To see her in a state where any other time she'd be embarassed or callous and mean made it more endearing.
"I really meant what I said though." she whispered. "You're the only friend I've ever had here. You're a protector of me... you've helped me when no one else could... really, Watari-kun, you're like the brother I always wanted." she smiled warmly. "Don't be embarassed, be proud."
She lowered her voice quickly also. "But I also wanted a big sister, so I guess you really do fit the bill." she teased, poking his side. "Really, I don't know how the hell I'd get around here without you." she bit her lip, blushing a bit. "Arigatou gozaimasu... I am really quite humbled to you Watari-kun."
She may have just made it worse. Ah well. She tried.

Kazuhiko sighed, snuggling Aled. "Yeah." he answered Trunks softly. "But 'Shuri-lady doesn't understand." he shook his head, opening his mouth to continue.
Wait. Wait a second.
He wasn't supposed to say anything.
He looked away, clearly reconsidering his words and closing his mouth, shaking his head. "You'll understand in time that no one has really lost anything." he tried to explain. "That's all I can tell you for now but you better talk to Da before she comes back... And BESIDES! It WASN'T HIM!" he protested, wiping his eyes. "It wasn't him! He was possessed! But I brought him back, I did, all by myself!" he shook his head angrily. "He's NOT bad! He couldn't free himself... he was trapped in his own body, for over TWO DECADES!" he shouted. "It's not like he hasn't had time to regret all that, and you already TOOK his life once! He came BACK! Doesn't that say something?!! He wasn't MEANT to die because it wasn't HIM doing those things! He's FAMILY! He's all I had for a long time." he sighed. "I mean, Fir, too, but he's different. Aled---Ojiisan's like me. Does that mean Ashuri hates me too, because I might be like him? I'm going to be. I know already. We have a lot in common." he nuzzled the man. "Ojiisan is part of me---we're family." he sighed again. "Twenty years to regret something is a lifetime in itself don't you think?"

Kaguyo blushed deeply also, doubly unsure how to react. "Ano..." she almost winced, covering her face with her hands. She couldn't help but shrink and double over a bit even.
"Gomen nasai, gomen nasai, gomen nasai!!" she started bowing, biting her lip, "Ahhh, gomen gomen gomen gomen gomen!"
She felt very childish all of a sudden.

Kaguyo likewise just flushed deeper, grabbing a spare labcoat, sitting on the floor and covering herself with it.
She blamed lack of sleep for her silliness, and strong pride for her actions.
She just couldn't stop. "This isn't funny!" she wailed, arms over the coat and her head. "Noooo..."

Kazuhiko sighed, rolling his eyes. "PAST. He's regretted it. Ask him." he crossed his arms. "Besides, what about Da?! Now he and Shuri aren't going to be friends anymore!" he shook his head.

Kazuhiko tugged on Aled's sleeve. "Tell him." he pleaded, looking up at him. "You feel bad don't you?? You're not going to repeat it again?? You learned from it! I know you did..."

Kaguyo shook her head. "I feel bad." she admitted, peeking out from under the coat. "Gomen..."

Fir blinked. "Little Rose, Baby, I'm entertaining. And you're a little behind the times. Pixel's already updated me on everything, including Kit's whereabouts. Julius, bless his heart, probably didn't know being locked away in that lovely lab of his."

Actually by this point, Kitaria was long gone and had returned back to her cottage. As she slipped inside and locked the door, the woman appeared troubled.

"Boline," she said softly and the little white figure scuttled out from the darkness. "Watch over me today."

"You can bring this all up with your department head, my Little Rose," Fir told her with a rasied eyebrow. "You go to your direct supervisors first and work your way up the ladder. I am busy at the moment. If you want somethign to do, go help the Wonder Twins."

Herne smiled. "No doubt from the same one who sent me that lovely handgun."

He opened the the package and to his surprise a voice recording began to play, on the the voice had been sent through a machine so it was impposible to tell anything about the speaker.

"Wait for the sunrise. It will mark an important Fianna custom. It will be the one day of the year a Fianna is permitted to morn the death of any beloved one. Kitaria Athame, born Kiaran, has lost a afther, mother, and entire caln twice, her husband and child. Her defenses will be at their lowest, as will her senses. There is no better day to capture, torture and kill a Fianna."

Herne shook his head. "I may have known a few things that were kept close secrets, but only because I was directly invloved. I knew nothing of their custums beyond what I saw with my own eyes. Of course she is the last Fianna, so that she had the entire clan to mourn for is obvious...but loosing a clan twice? And I did not know she even married."

Fir closed his eyes. "Eara, I will take to you in private later. Thank you for your concerns. I will keep them in mind."

"She will be at her main dwelling place." the voice answered. "Pick up the manila envelope. The first pages are directions to Kitari'a cottage. Directly after it is a map of the currounding area, and, after that the layout of the cottage proper."

Herne raised his eyebrow. "I am liking this person, more and more," he muttered, "Even if they do not show there face."
