*Nana was surprised, how could she not be? She barely had time to take half a breath and then nothing at all. It was impossible for her to tell just what had set Mastema off to pull such a stunt, but there were obviously no complaints. It wasn't often such spur of the moment kisses like that happened, so it was taking her a bit of time to recover and get her barrings*

*Mastema would keep Nana in this position, fully pressing his lips to hers, for nine or ten seconds. After that, Mastema would slowly straighten himself up, along with Nana, and even more slowly pulled his lips away from Nana. From the leaned over position, Mastema's hair was now draped over the front of his shoulder. Nana was still tilted back in Mastema's arms, but she would now be able to regain her stability with much more ease* Forgive me for being so direct.... was there something you wanted to say?

o///o

Uh... ah....

*Nana was a little stunned obviously, it would take her a few seconds to regain her composure, not to mention her footing so she could balance upright again. Shaking her head to clear it from the jumble Nana finally answers. At first Nana starts pointing at a slight random piece of the citadel. Punch drunk love as they saying goes, and Mastema delivered quite the punch*

o///o

I'm... I'm just...

*Nana has to take a deep breath before proceeding*

--///--

I'm.... just going over that way for a few minutes, and there, and there, and there...

*Nana pointed to the north, east, south, and finally west*

--///--

I'll just be fifteen minutes. | ...............make that ten. heart If you're done for the night that is...

*It seemed like Mastema was sending some pretty strong signals, and they got trough loud and clear, but Nana really did just want to quickly finish up. A couple of minutes at each spot pointed to, in order to put up her signs, and she'd be back in the central tower faster then the hare that tried to beat the tortuse*

~///~

Hnn.... heart

*Mastema just offered Nana a sly grin. Being married to Nana for going on 9 months, Mastema had becomes much more proficient at this role he knew as "husband."* Ah. Working on a project, I see. Very well. I hope it goes as planned. * Turning away from the window, Mastmea looks back to Nana's face, as she was still partially leaning against him* Ten minutes? All right. I believe I can endure that much time. *He chuckled* Oh, of course, by all means go finish your project. *Mastema helped Nana right herself completely* But I can assure you, I am far from "done for the night"

*The innuendo was not lost on Nana, an only made her face pinken more. Ten minutes to place her project up, or two minutes and thirty seconds at each location, which was more than enough time to cast whatever spell Nana was sure to use to put her signs up. The extra time was probably for hauling around the extra weight and casting her portal spell aswell to travel faster. At this point Nana was so tempted to just not move, but her sense of getting the job done still called to her and she just had to go. If not she might just stay there the hole night, then again it was only ten minutes, ten short minutes and then what was sure to be a sunny morning after*

~//~

Adieu my love... I'll see you in ten minutes time.

*Pulling herself away from the room, the door silently shuts behind Nana. It wasn't easy but it just had to happen. About two minutes later Nana would be in the peace, she had used her travel portal to get there quickly, and the night air did well to cool her off*

--.--

My word...

*Nana would wander to the first sign and pick it up. Idly she looked byhind herself for a moment, it had been so long since she had seen her own wings. Thanatos' note said to put the robe on first before summoning her wings, but she couldn't do that could she? What if she tore the robe to ribbons? But the note had made it seem like she could, dare she chance it? It was about time she found out. For the first time in several months Nana would try and summon her wings. What happened now was up to the designs Thanatos had built in*

*Mastema nodded to her, getting a short message out before she left* Very well. I shall meet you in our quarters in ten minutes. Fare thee well. *He grinned after Nana, then turned back when she'd gone*

*Nana would have but the greatest of ease in summoning her wings through the robe. As the wings pressed to the material, two slits would open through which the wings could grow out, but there would be no ripping or tearing sound. As far as Nana would know, the robe would feel the same as it had before summoning her wings*

*With her wings fully visible again, Nana gives them a good strech and a flap or two. There was no need for her to get rusty afterall. Hearing no tears, nor ripping or the fabric, Nana pauses for a moment then smiles. Thanatos' gifts never failed to amaze, her was so good and making all sorts of things., but now down to buisness*

--__--

Thank you Thanatos.

*Again picking up her first sign, Nana would start to cast her portal spell and look to the north, her starting point. Back at the jewlery store, Eecheb was getting impatient, very impatient. Growling to himself, he stares through the window to all the pretty jewlery*

Eecheb: stressed Open you dumb door!

*After a minute, Nana was at the north tower and started toward the barrier, she was moving rather well despite the weight of the sign. Within two minutes the first sign was up and in the ground. Nana had used an earth spell to first move the earth so the sign posts could go into the ground, and then close in around the base. Her first sign was planted, so it was time to move on to the next, Nana moves back into the barrier and starts casting her portal spell again*

--__--

One down, three to go.

*Finally fed up that he was getting nowhere, Eecheb slams his hand against the door latch. For a split second something purple and red shoots into the door, forcing it open. Eecheb steps back and blinks in surprise, did he do that? It looked as if he'd used his aura perhaps, though the multi-colored stripes of energy were missing this time. Taking a moment to inspct the damage, Eecheb finally wanders into the store. Perhaps it was like Micha's experience, and was triggered by a powerful emotional response, the catalyst needed to awaken his abilities*

Eecheb: .__. Wow.

*Making her way back to the peace via her portal, Nana picks up another sign and then starts casting again, this time to the east. Thoughs of the Omega, Betas, and Alpha entered her mind. Nana hoped she wouldn't run in to any of them while putting her signs up, she didn't need to be patronised and especially not from Alpha*

--__--

Onto the next.

*After looking things over one last time, Eecheb starts looking around at the jewlery. All of it sparkled and shimmered, they would make great presents, but he needed just the right ones*

Eecheb: >_> Hmm.

*Her portal appearing just outside of the east tower, Nana appears through it a few seconds later and again heads toward the barrier. Another two minutes later and her second sign post would be planted firmly in the ground. So far each post was about fifty feet away from the barrier, on the outside. These signs were afterall directed at those who came from afar and traveled near the citadel*

--__--

Two more to go.

*Nana starts back, and soon after casts her portal again so that she may gather up the third sign*

*It appeared that the first two signs had gone up with no problems at all. If things went this smoothly for the last two, then Nana would be back in the awaiting arms of Mastema and soon. Now back at the piece Nana gathers up her third sign, and again starts to cast her portal spell. So much jumping around, the citadel hadn't seen since before the wedding. Appering at the south tower Nana starts out the barrier again and looks back over her shoulder*

<.<

I'll have to visit Sho a little later I think.

*The elevator in the tower starts to climb, was Eecheb back already? He must have had quite the haul if it was that child. Trilla was still heading down the tower with Akai, so maybe it was Micha instead. There was no way for Eecheb to move that fast, plus Micha had been off the radar for quite some time now. The elevator would finally come to a stop at level ninety-eight and the doors would open, revealing that indeed it was the missing child Micha afterall*

Micha: . . .

*Eecheb was not trying to see if he could use the same technique to open the jewlery cases, that had opened the door in the first place. Nana had planted the third sign and was now headed back in to the barrier. She had only one more sign to go before she was finished. So far the time was eight minutes, she was falling behind*

.__.

Drat...!

*For what would hopefully be one of the last three times that night, Nana casts her portal spell. After about a minute as with every time before it, her portal opens to the peace, and she wanders through. One last sign to go and she could finally call it a night, well sort of. Wandering over to the tree the sign was leaning up against, Nana again collects up the similar item and takes a minute to huff lightly, there after beginning her spell again. Using magic over and over again was taking its toll, a trickle of sweat rolls down behind Nana's left ear. It may have been a simple spell, but overuse did wear one out. Though Nana could just walk, she had already started the spell, so she might as well finish. The time ten minutes and twelve seconds. Having originally saying fifteen may have been better to stick with*

--.--;

Just....... one more. Then I can call it quits.

*There is a light knock soon heard at the master bedroom door. It appeared that Micha was paying a visit? But why bother knocking, he didn't usually*

Micha: . . .

*Nana wanders through her portal once its made, and finds herself at the west tower. Again Nana starts for the barrier; such repatician was boring, Nana needed something more. Dragging the last sign out to its spot, Nana starts casting her earth spell. Another two minutes later the posts were in the ground. Nana stepped back for a moment to look over her handy work*

Ha-- I'm finally done. Thank goodness.

Xol sat calmly on one of the older trees of the forest. It was quite a bit away from the Citadel, but as he did last night in the BC rafters, his senses were expanded from his relaxed state. This was about the time that he would split off for the night and make a break towards his Keep. He had been doing this for the past few months for one specific reason; the Angel, Nana. Day in, day out, Xol sat just outside of the Citadels sensors, masking himself with the most elaborate spells and technology at his disposal. Knowing that if she was truley in league with Mastema that he wouldn't let her go without a struggle, he had to make his strike surgical. When and if the opportunity presented itself, he had the perfect plan. Essentially a snatch and grab of the highest order, except with his cunning and skills at hand.

As he once again ran over the plan in his mind, something snapped him out of his state of mind. It was her! She was outside of the Citadel... what luck. It was the time to strike, but it had to be quick, methodical and precise. With that in mind he exploded into a plume of mist. Within mere miliseconds Xol was seeping up through the ground at Nana's feet, encompassing her in a murky, disorientating plume. "Hello my little Angel, time to repent for your sins..." He chortled out sinisterly, snapping out and clutching her through the mist. What was impossible to register for Nana or anyone on the outside of the black plume was crystal clear to Xol.

"Say adieu fair lady, these are your last few moments near your precious Citadel." With that said, they both dissapeared, leaving only the mist to dissolve effortlessly into the air in their wake. Where would they end up? Where Xol had stayed hidden during the wars of so long ago. A place known to him and one other.
