Red velvet is a very good cake, Jolly hates the stupid box mixes though. She makes hers for scratch with cream cheese froasting.
Guess you don't have to have one, Jolly respects the 'I like them all!'
Mint is icky, Jolly simply has a refined taste.

Jolly made a raspberry white chocolate cream cake once, it was very good.
