So post one. I felt was more of she hasnt really had anyone even flirt with her in probably like a hundred years plus she was being uncharacteristic as is so the thought was more like it struck her just right and she fell for it o.o

As Kora made a funny face for whoopsies Laphiette let out another giggle. She was in an uncharacteristicaly good mood. This of course meant she was vulnerable. In this moment of vulnerability some man walked up to her giving a deep bow and took her hand softly. He looked well groomed and was every bit the ladies man. He kissed the back of her hand and introduced himself. Due to being in an oddly uncharacteristic happy mood this all happened without her defense mechanisms comming into play. His eyes where an alluring Golden color which seemed to be more attractive than blue eyes which also caught her completely off guard. It had been what felt like a hundred years since someone had attempted to flatter her. The whole experience made her blood rush to her head for a moment causing a blush to appear on her face.
At this moment she could feel Oni and Kora staring at the situation. Talk about being put in the spotlight. On one hand it seemed to strike her somewhere in the back of her head and caused a tingling feeling that seemed to paralyze her. On the other hand visions of her past tortures began to rekindle. In this one moment her mind was filled with several conflicts. The first being if she was too harsh on this boy would the parents be mad at her? She could guess the answer to this but the shock made it seem more serious. She was conflicted on how to deal with the guy. Everything told her he was bad news as all players where but he had the effect that most players would have on a woman when they where good at playing those cards. "Ano."
Laphiette felt a frog stuck in her throat as she was going to respond to the young man but now she felt herself turning more red from embarassment. She couldn't think and words werent forming the way they should have been. She didn't know how she felt now and it was unfamiliar for her to be like this. It was all her own fault she was soo happy to see Kora again that she left her emotional defenses behind. What didnt help was that everyone was just watching them. Although she knew in truth not everyone was wathching but it sure as hell felt like it. She swallowed hard for a moment. Her appearance changed to a shy almost withdrawn look. "Laphiette, Goddes of the Ice element." Her response felt as if it was super quiet. It was like her body was clamming up against her at this point. At this point now she felt flustered. Hey frost would be fluttering off her skin a little more intensely than usual. This was a reflection of her mental state. It was neither offensive to deo nor was it inviting. This was because she did not know how to work the situation. The ball was in his court and she knew it.

The second post was a little less vulnerable type but more of along the lines of not complete rejection but not really fully interested more of the playing hard to get because he was the bad boy and she does kind of have a thing for bad boys.

She more of blurted out the words, however it helped her shake off the charm that had put her into a trance. Her hand softly withdrew from his and Ice seemed to shatter off the outside of her body quickly becoming frost that made it a little harder to see her. Regaining her composure she took one step back from him. She breathed in deeply before moving on. Her emotions where still partially in a tingle but she had seen this kind of younf man many times over.
It didn't help she looked like an 18 or 19 year old with the body that most guys started wars over. "I believe you are out of place Deo Sebastian Calix Tokori. " Laphiette would now for the first time take her eyes from his alluring golden eyes and glance at Kora and Oni to see how they felt she treated the situation. They both knew who and what she was. Kora had seen her turn down a man before. It usually was extremely cold and involved ice to make it smoother. This was there son so she wasn't sure that was a good idea.

The last one is more similar to what I posted. However this still has more of an air of playing hard to get. Now my post also wasn't a complete rejection but its far more to her character smile

Now Kora may have known the story but Laphiette couldn't remember telling Kora too much of her past. A little after she had become an elemental but the atrocities from before then. She probably did mention to Kora she had been abused in the past as well. Her eyes stayed locked with this young ones Golden hues. It was more of a staring match than a romantic look at this point. Laphiette had a cold heart with warmth for only one person. "Your out of your place."
As she said these word the frost spun around her beggining to cling to his hand and clothes. An unistakeable pulse of cold would be the last thing he felt of her hand. A tiny Glacier of ice Pulsed up his arm and warpped around his body freezing him in place. This would only be temporary but the denial was solid and cold. She would turn away from him as though he was not even a flicker in her eye now. Her expression had gone cold and nuetral. In truth he had touched her in a way that made her tingle inside but she would never admit that to the young man. "Kora is he your child? That's dangerous." She would tell Kora softly as if she was still catching her breath. Laphiette stood next to Kora again as if retreating. Men would not be able to pick up on it but Kora would probably be able to see a multitude of emotional conflicts going on in Laphiettes face and eyes. It was a woman thing.

To be honest. I kinda liked the first one o///o but at the same time I felt it might be too out of character. If this was not an arena and more of developing the story I probably would have posted that one. I like like good romantic stuffs o/////////o

I was expecting more something closer to the third one. More cold and shut off so its a win for Deo. Arena or not, he always seems to find time to flirt. Even if its only in a passing comment mid fight. His uncle was a flirt back in the day and it seems he managed to pick that up.
