Imagen the HIVE from Resident Evil, Nemesis and all, on crack. Then have it guarded by Space Marines from Warhammer 40k(on crack) Cyborg Ninjas, Dark Templar(Yes, Starcraft Dark Templar). Then you've got to get the right complex. There are 8 other complexes, Khane is in one of them. And when you find the right one, hes at the very bottom of it, on high guard, in a magnetically locked, vacuum sealed room.

And that's jsut getting in, then you have to get out, through the highly organized blockade, including Project Necros, and worse yet, Project Kutulu.
