Ryou opened his eyes after a little bit, glancing slowly over at Kira before smiling. "Yeah, I'm fine. Just talking to Bakura... He's trying to pester me into sharing a body with him. He says he doesn't like the other Bakura."

"Oh, okay." Ryou fidgeted a little, knowing that he shouldn't have listened to Bakura. Now he was feeling rather nervous and doubtful and he wasn't supposed to be feeling this right after having his first child and everything...

Kai started to coo.Kira gently started to burp him.Once he did she wiped his mouth. "ryou..." kira said after a while "do you think we'll make good parents?"

Ryou looked up at Kira, blinking slightly, smiling. "Of course--" He said, then a look of sudden doubt clouded his face, and his smile faltered. He sat blankly for a moment, then smiled sadly. "Kira, I'm sure that you will be the best mother Kai can have... But I can't say anything for myself..." Fidgeting slightly, he wondered if now was the time he should tell her. "I've got a serious mental problem, Kira..."

"I-I think I've grown addicted to... pain." Ryou said, fiddling with the ends of his sleeves, looking at the ground. "I can't help it, I-I... I don't feel right when everything okay. I need to be hurt. Sometimes I miss it when Bakura a-and Marik and Vadin would abuse m-me... I've been cutting myself, but it's not the same..."

Ryou was quiet, his head bowed in pure shame, his hands covering his face. He may have said something, but it came out as a mumble.
