I can't stop playing Torchlight, a game that plays essentially like games from the Diablo series. I've had a soft spot for these kinds of games for a long time. smile

Maerua Help, I can't sleep! I got sucked into a Diablo clone! gonk we can't help you there. you just have to hack-n-slash your way through all the hordes of demons and undead under the Temple of Light and kill Mephistopholes. it's the only way!

Why would anybody spend so much money on that?! gonk cause it's a gimmick. rolleyes seriously, alot of people are consumer suckers. especially this generations tweenie babies. 13 year-old girls will just scream and beg for the latest handbags, purses, dresses and miniskirts... why wouldn't they ask mommy and daddy to drop 20 or 30 bucks a month on Gaia Cash so they can grab a bundle of Cahs Shop items? or hell, why wouldn't they demand 50 dollars worthe of GCash to get a so-called "sale" item?

I don't know, Twi, it just leaves a bad taste in my mouth when I hear of people being so reckless with spending. I have a reputation as a cheapskate for it but I just shrug it off.

Oh, I nearly forgot, Waffle stayed up very late last night and woke me up just to show me an Angelic Halo going for 99900 GC! Enough to feed a family for several months! I stood there, absolutely shocked, and Waffle was giggling like mad as if it were some kind of joke. I could have just reached out and popped her one for that; she knew I'd get all worked up over it. mad

While in character, Sabe treats all other posters as if they were characters too and makes references to Gaia things as if they were actually happening.

I do this in the OOC thread and any guild meetups as a just-for-fun thing that leans on the fourth wall, like how some writers will have a "Ask [character]" session with readers. Clearly not canon, but still requires being in character.
