Watching the students trying their best in vain, Tutsumi shook his head slowly as he saw what was causing everything. He chuckled to himself slightly and leaned towards Ryuu, ruffling her hair and then goesing to sit down in a chair next to her.

Espyn The boy's ear's perked up at screams. His eyes remained shut and he used the breath of the wind to gaid his senses, feeling someone (Rizu) draining the children of the clouds into the ground... into their graves.
"Please stop..." Espyn's voice whispered, travelling along the wind, his lips not moving in the least, but this fact was oblivious to him in the battering rain. "Please... let them live longer..." the wind cried, whirring around Rizu in a fury, trying to get her away from the waters at her feet. "Please!"
The tears in Espyn's eyes. The tears on Espyn's cheeks flowed freely, dripping into the overflowing puddles at his feet. Espyn, still unknowing his lips refused to move, thought to the storm as if it were a person.
"I understand your anger... but please don't take it out on the land... on these people... They are terrified of your furies!" he begged, his wet hair covering his emotional expressions. "Think about what you are doing to your children... the raindrops... in your anger you are abandoning them and forcing them to the inhabit the thing in which you hate! How can you do this! I will help you... just calm yourself... focus your anger on me instead of thrashing this world below you... I can handle it..." he whispered, lips pursed together, his voice strong on the wind.
The wind howled around his body as his hair was flung into the sky, thunder and lightening attacking the ground and slicing through the sky ruthlessly. *Interested, Mouko continues to watch Espyn, noticing an approach to his Mizu Powers that was new to him....*

Rizu shut her eyes tightly, trying to find the root of where the spell was coming from. She stood up, slowly following traces of chakra that tied the user to the storm. She opened her eyes and saw the sleeping Ryuu and Tutsumi sitting together. "Tutsumi-san? Did you do this?" she asked, confused.

"Figure it out yet Mo?"
He chuckled softly as he leaned back in his chair, watching the student with soft eyes.

"I can't! I can't let it go!" Espyn's face became intensely strained as the storm wailed in his voice, conducting it along the rushing winds. "I'm so alone!" it moaned.
Espyn refocused and tilted his head, eyes still closed, towards the sky. "You're not alone! You have me! And your children that you so infallibly exported towards the earth! You have the students of Mizu at your side! Please you must calm yourself!" he thought, this battle of words being relayed into the sky to be heard by the streamers of wind and the air currents that blazed through the trees and blew leaves into the sky. His tears dripped from his eyes into puddles, glittering and signifying themselves amongst the group of droplets. The jewel on his forehead erupted with a bright, crystal clear colour of blue. The shades of blue remained stable as the sudden force pushed the hair blocking it's path away. Espyn choked at the sudden outlet of energy opened, blood slipping into his mouth as chakra sped through his veins. Nevertheless Espyn debated with the storm, trying to reason with it, his emotions still one with that of the weather's.
"Listen to the screams and cries of the young ones you have cast upon this ground!" As Espyn said this, the wind roared stronger, wisking the voices of the billions of rain drops into the sky, echoing and ringing through the thunder. Shrieks and cries of children making a depression in the dark clouds.

Tutsumi " Figure it out yet Mo?" He chuckled softly as he leaned back in his chair, watching the student with soft eyes. *He smiles easily* Isn't that why I was once a Kage in Mizu? That is, before I went off to war for all that time and lost my status....*He looks out at the students and chuckles lightly*

Rizu was slightly put out at being unheard by the older ninjas. "Tutsumi-san, Mouko-san, did you or Ryuu-san cause this?" she asked again, more deliberately.

((Esp...wtf dude?))
Tutsumi shook his head towards Rizus' question and looked back to Mo, it was plausible that he knew...but he wasn't too sure. Never the matter he closed his eyes and yawned softy.
"Just make sure it doesn't flood the gardens...oh...and watch out for dangerous fish!"

The storm's thunder gradually ceased, in accompaniment of the lightening, leaving the sky dark and smooth. Espyn could feel in his heart the storm weeping for the wrong it had done. The rain increased, but it differed from the previous droplets. It was filled with the sadness of the weather, the emotions being released upon the ground, the cries of the previous drops fading away.
"I'm sorry my young ones...Forgive me..." the wind whispered, slightly grazing over the puddles and ponds that were scattered across the area.
"They do..." Espyn sighed, hearing the replies and feeling the raindrops smile joyfully at their mother's forgiveness. The winds slowly died, reducing themselves to simple breezes that skimmed over the trees, shaking the rain and wet from their leaves.
"Thank you..." Espyn smiled, his tears now made of joy and caring. The light on his forehead flickered and became less intense, decreasing to a casual and constant shine.

The corner of Rizu's eye twitched, and she turned, holding back her irritation. "Yes, sir." She shook her head and spread her hands over the flooding water again, trying to calm it. She raised her arms slightly, and with her movement, millions of individual drops of water rose with her, as if the rain was being rewinded. Chakra crackled around her hands and sweat dripped down her face. Slowly the drops evaporated and broke down, becoming moisture in the air once more.
Rizu silently berated herself. No way this is gonna work for long. She could feel her strength draining.
