Looking around leaf Neoshin had a smile on his face seeing that now he was a jounin he was now somebody in leaf but now he wanted to leave for a bit because he wanted to see if his old friend mitsuko in mist and see what she was up to, so he packed up his supply's for a long journey and left leaf to the docks

1/20 Oodama Rasengan
Naruto seemed a bit up struck by Velar's demands, but refused to take any offense from him. Seeing it as a friendly gesture to receive gratitude, the situation neutralized quickly. "Alright, alright. No reason to get all riled up. We'll need to go to a spot with many targets. Once again, follow me." "Fine. But do hurry." "Don't rush me." Naruto's voice apparently was in a mimicking sternness.
2/20 Oodama Rasengan
"We're here. This is where you will be practicing my awesome, incomparable, Oodama Rasengan Technique." "Just start teaching." "Alright, I'll teach you the way old man Jiraiya did, and teach you how to access your high power chakra. First off-" Naruto reached his arm out to a branch of the tree. Ripping off a few of the leaves. He placed the leaf in the center of Velar's palm and asked him to make it spin.
"You can do so by creating chakra in your palm, and rotating it quickly in your palm."
3/20 Oodama Rasengan
Velar began to gather his silver chakra into his palm. Trying to force it up his palm and outside his skin to spin the leaf. It was rather difficult to just get the chakra to appear outside his palm. Then, slowly he began to rotate the leaf at a good constant pace. "Ugh! I've got to go faster!!" Naruto looked on, uninterested. Velar continued….
4/20 Oodama Rasengan
Eventually, Velar was able to create a faster rate of spinning the chakra. The leaf danced alongside its own shadow, twirling by at mid day's hour approached. The leaf was now at the speed of a starting up windmill, he needed to get it in high gear and be as consistent and steady circumference. Velar became flustered and began to stare down at the leaf. Still as stone, his eyes watched it every rotation. "Almost done with this part."
5/20 Oodama Rasengan
His chakra was now at a perfect rate of spin. But he needed to increase the speed enough so that the leaf would hover. "Focus. Focus. I have got to focus." He added more chakra to the spin every cycle. It was like a cotton candy machine, the chakra started to become slightly visible before the leaf began to hover a bit. Continuing the same method, the leaf was soon well above his head, hovering happily; casting its shadow upon his forehead…….
6/20 Oodama Rasengan
"That’s good enough Velar. Now lets move on to the next exercise." Naruto scattered off nimbly through the forest passing all the green trees and lush agriculture on his way there. His feet tattered against the soft forest ground as he reached the brink of town. There, he sought out an old and playful merchant whom vended off things such as water balloons. Naruto returned upon his small wooden cart filled with water balloons bouncing with life.

Velar was wondering if this was some sort of prank by the ecstatic prankster ninja. But he seemed quite serious, and accustomed to this method of teaching. He outstretched his arm, his orange tunic's sleeve stained with condensing water dripping off the balloon. "Alright Velar. Your job will be to contain that spinning motion without breaking the water balloons. I have several in case you mess up." Naruto's tone clearly spelled out that it was assured that it was happening. The volume of the water balloon also discouraged his chances of breezing through this session.
8/20 Oodama Rasengan
Velar carefully took the water balloon from Naruto and tested its durability. He bounced it in his hand and rolled it over is should to the opposing hand. It seemed pretty flexible until it exploded for no reason Velar could think of. The water drizzled down his chest and Velar simply grabbed another one. "Now spin the chakra once more. But more compact and steady on all sides so that the balloon doesn't pop." Velar focus made a bold appearance once more. His intentions leading to medical precision in this objective. The chakra in his palm started up at a rather slow and monotonous interval.
9/20 Oodama Rasengan
Carefully he began to increase his speed; after rechecking his rotation counts. With his amazing mind, he was able to see and count every revolution to make sure it was going at a constant rate. It was tested by examining the time in between the spins. The objective was to make the unpredictable variable, a genuine constant. After a sudden drop in chakra, the balloon popped, lodging its fragile containments all over Velar. In other words, he was wet. Velar just grabbed another one and started spinning the chakra like a spider once again.
10/20 Oodama Rasengan
Once achieving the desired interval and speed, he paused his training to check up on his examiner. Naruto was sleeping against the back of an old oak tree with a good marked texture complimenting its light brown color. He awoke his so called sensei with a smoke bomb to invoke the gas into his breathing cycle, causing him to have an abruption and wake up. When he awoke, Nova simply said "Look." Displaying his unbroken balloon. "Well done. You’re learning faster than I would've ever thought." "It comes with the blood." Velar seemed much more cheerful then his mood earlier.
11/20 Oodama Rasengan
"Okay. On to the next part of your training. I'll have to get some more items before we can continue. Wait here." Naruto disappeared into the shady trees and entered the town once more. He searched out a similar merchant whom was right next door to the prankster's shop. This merchant seemed to specialize in children's small play things and gadgets of such. There were several rubber balls in a large basket which Naruto purchased. He hoisted them on his back, returning to Velar's location.
12/20 Oodama Rasengan
"What are all the rubber balls for?" "Well, you’re going to make them explode." "Oh. Goodie." "It's going to take some practice though. It took me a while, and a few tips to get this one." Velar didn't reply to Naruto's statement and grabbed one of the rubber balls from the cart. He bounced it against the forest floor, to find it coming back up idly. "Hmmm." He held it firmly in his hand, its smooth exterior pointed out the means of this activity. The compact volume and tough skin would make it hard to destroy, simply by spinning chakra that is.
13/20 Oodama Rasengan
Velar held the ball in his hand and stared at it, as if they had a grudge against each other. The chakra in his palm began spinning, as it had with the leaf and the water balloon. He began spinning his chakra madly, trying to pierce one of the sides by tilting it more over towards it. Naruto laughed as he remembered himself in the same situation. Jiraiya clearly didn't tell him the tip he needed to know and Naruto would leave it out for Velar for a bit at least. Unless he figured it out on his own.
14/20 Oodama Rasengan
Velar was no amateur; he could tell that Naruto had refrained from revealing all the information necessary for the activity. He immediately crept up on him, demanding the information. "Naruto. Tell me the thing you left out. Now. "Eh, already figured it out huh... Well... you just..."
He was rather hesitant to end his charade. Velar stared at him sternly while he pondered. Naruto could feel his eyes burning a whole in his back.
15/20 Oodama Rasengan
“Well, you have to make many rotations in the balloon at once. Try doing it with one hand, when I first learned I had to do it with a Bushin clone." "Alright. Now that wasn't so bad telling me, now was it?"
Naruto's face spoiled and Velar returned to his training. He found a stump of a tree and rested his hindquarters upon it. The rubber ball was in his outstretched hand now. His eyes were fixed upon it and his goal. The chakra began to gather into his palm quickly now. Then he spun it as he had with the leaf, erratically. It grew to a focus when he applied the knowledge from the water balloon exercise.
16/20 Oodama Rasengan
Velar thought about how he could use the knowledge Naruto had been pried out of. In his palm, he split the rotations into two small circles, one spinning clockwise and the other counter-clockwise. Then he added another revolution at the top of the balloon. The rubber ball remained unphased. He added another two rotations to the left and right side and began to spin his chakra more violently. Soon he could see the elastic of the balloon being knocked around senselessly. Adding a few more rotation would surely make it combust.
17/20 Oodama Rasengan
He was correct. A few more rotations and the pieces of the balloon were scattered everywhere. The loud pop awoke his sensei at the moment. Naruto yawned and scratched his eyes, and wipe his drool before addressing Velar's success. "Uh, yeah, well done. Now practice making the rasengan in your hand and surging a great amount of chakra into it." Nova did as he had done to the rubber ball and a silver chakra was spun into a nice petit orb. He began to add more chakra to the technique. Adding it in like a cotton candy machine once again.
18/20 Oodama Rasengan
The more chakra he added, the harder it became to maintain its orb like structure. Its confines grew larger and larger, the chakra being added simultaneously at a rapid rate. Then he added that stash of inner chakra in himself, from his confidence into the rasengan. Like he had done the night the summon of Kikagon was obtained. The rasengan grew to a massive size, large enough to match that of a water tower's tank. But Velar was not done yet. He just continued to add chakra until he felt it would grow unstable. Naruto grabbed a giant target and set it up in the middle of their area. "Oodama Rasengan!" The attack smashed into the dummy and obliterated it.
19/20 Oodama Rasengan
The ashes flew onto Naruto's face. He couldn't believe Velar had learned the technique so quickly. Naruto had learned it on accident, and couldn't do it when he wanted to. But Velar was able to conjure the spinning orb at his will now. But Naruto's reply still remained, "Pretty good for a Genin." Velar ignored this and smiled at him. "Thanks for your teaching Naruto-san, but I have to be going now." "Alright. I hope I see you around." "Oh, you will. Either that or you'll hear about me." Naruto was puzzled as Velar walked off the scene.

Itachi agreed to teach him the technique. As it would be essential to use against anyone who needed to be restrained. Or fire that needed to be extinguished. "First you must grasp the concept of conjuring water in your techniques." Velar began to tune his mind solely on Itachi's words. Itachi demonstrated a few ways the hand signs could be executed, the short and long versions. He removed a scroll parchment from his cloak and asked Velar to examine it carefully.
1/9 Water Fang Projectile
Velar read the hand signs out loud as he scanned down the list.
"Boar, Dragon, Ram, Rat, Ox, Monkey, Bird, Ninth, Rat, Ram, Bird."
He stroked his chin as he pondered and looked back up at Itachi.
"There doesn't happen to be a short version, is there?" "Well, there is the Special bird. Or Cross Boar. That'll get the job done." Velar practiced both versions of execution just in case he'd need them.
2/9 Water Fang Projectile
"How will I be able to have a source of water nearby at all times?" "No matter where you go. There is some sort of water somewhere. Its part of a human's need for survival." "Alright. I'll keep that in mind when I'm in the heat of combat. Exactly how will it cause the enemy problems in maneuvering?" "The body of water is transformed into a spinning drill, causing many attacks from all sides. They have a choice to move and become drilled with high water pressure, causing a great amount of damage. Or they can stay where they are, when you can move in a bakuretsu clone, or just converge the attacks upon them."
3/9 Water Fang Projectile
"A powerful chain of attack is to use the water dragon bullet; I recommend you learn a source to all the elements to help you in tight situations. I hope to see you become a great ninja, one that can surpass my power one day." Velar stared at him blankly then returned to practicing the hand seals for the jutsu. There was a small body of water nearby, which he could utilize into a mass drive for attack. He conjured his chakra into his mind and focused.
4/9 Water Fang Projectile
Itachi watched him carefully with his two sharingan eyes. Velar created 3 bakuretsu kage Bushin clones to be used to run a scenario. One clone charged towards him, and Nova controlled the water to veil him. The only problem was, he hadn't gotten it to spin. "Eh, I've got to spin it like the rasengan." The clone exploded from the collision with the water wall.
5/9 Water Fang Projectile
Velar gathered his chakra in spirals around his body; it was visible from the outside. Therefore Velar practiced concealing it. Itachi told him to keep his chakra at the same level, but try and mold it inside himself instead of letting the great amount reach the surface. Velar's chakra dwindled from being on the outside and sunk into his skin for power. He began to spin it at the epicenter of himself in a counter-clockwise motion.
6/9 Water Fang Projectile
Velar focused on the water and started to make it spin. It became a whirlpool in the water and drained random objects into its center. Ripping them off the bank, the snapping branches flew helplessly. The power of it was amazing, it was like have an outside force from beyond was controlling the water. A piece of land ripped off that was nearby them, with the water that had been flowing underneath it. "That’s good. Now reverse the chakra flow and form it into a drill like structure."
7/9 Water Fang Projectile
When Velar let go of his control to try another attempt the water splashed and sent hundreds of raindrops into the air. The tips of Velar's air became damp, and he brushed a few out of his face. Then he began to focus his chakra the opposite way he had done before and conjured the drill like structure, it ripped out of the ground followed by many more, guarding him from the sides and arching over him from the top. It was like a prison, with its inmate waiting for death row. Velar smiled at his accomplishment.
8/9 Water Fang Projectile
Itachi came over to check his progress. He made a Bushin clone and sent it over to touch the water. It barely grazed it before it was sent spiraling downwards, trapped in an anti-whirlpool structure. It disappeared immediately. Itachi came over to Velar, casting his large shadow upon him.
"Well done. Come seek me in hiding another time. For assistance."
"Will do." With that, Velar dashed off into the forest as fast as he could to return to the village. He had much more learning to do than he would've ever thought.

knowing neo would not refuse Velar got ready to battle this would be his first battle aginst another ninja, he had no idea what was in store but was calulating possiblilities with his genius mind. ready for anything.

In no time Neoshin turned on his byakugan and observe his movements carefully getting every peice of info he could on his stance and emotion he could almost read his mind and know what he was thinking "Well I see your a inexpericed shinobi, i'll go easy on you if you like, now come at me!" Neoshin got into his Jyuuken stance and awaited for his opponent to see what he knew so far along his ninja path

Velar already had a decent plan in place. He was going to try and finish this quickly this move was going to take almost all of his chakra. Knowing that the neo would see it coming he had to act fast. "Taju kage bushin no jutsu!" He made 40 clones and had the jump on each other shoulders creating a barrier all around neo in every directions up and down. a great circle "TAKE THIS FINGER BULLET" all his clones relased finger bullets raining down in a way of no escape.

Neoshin stood there as the clones came out of the smoke one after the other but seeing his move in action he was quit impressed of his plan, but unfortunatley it was'nt good enough to stop him no way no how so once he saw them make a barrier around him he knew what he had to do "Well that's quit a good move but I already know how to stop it...... EIGHT TRIGRAM HEAVENLY SPIN!!!!" Neoshin surrounded his body in chakra and used it as he spun around like a top at a high speed countering all the finger bullets as they hit his chakra dome and once he saw he had them all locked in place he relaesed his chakra sending them all out back at the clones

Velar knew that immdiatly after he send the finger bullets out they would not work. he knew much about the hyuuga and saw this coming from miles away. Knowing the any second they would be destroyed he put the last of his chakra in shadow clone explostion, exploding them all at the same time. he didn't know if this would work or not so he pull out his arm bones shaped liked short swords and got ready for hand to hand combat since he was out of chakra.

Komen had reached the main entrance of the village where he was posted by the hokage to go and stay as defense along of the wall. Komen was wondering why he had to be here and how long this assignement was going to be. "Man. hey Sakura, I guess I'm here. Did you want to stay and keep me company?" He asked her as she shook her head. "Nope Sorry Komen. you are on your own here. I have some errends Tsunade-sama want's me to finsh." She bowed to him and made her way toward the markets. Komen sighed as he walked his way up the wall and started to survey the area with his naked eyes. he didn't want to turn his byakugan on unless it was really urgent. He walked around the crows like nest as he Used binoculars to search the forested area that was Konoha. he gave a yawn as he saw the other 2 jounins simly lounging as well. he started to listen in on their conversation.
"hey do you know that kid? Why the hell is he up here?"
"Don't know. They just assigned him up here with us. The roster says his name is Komen Usai."
"Hmm I think I've heard that name before...Oh yeah. He was in the Chunnin Exams an almost got killed in the last round. poor Guy. Now he has to wait till Next Time." The two jounin were laughing with one another and started to talk about gibberish. Komen rolled his eye as he kept a watch out. "jackasses." Komen said silently placed the binoculars to his eyes.
