3.14 Zero Omega 3.14 So, how is the RPG going to work? Because I want to be a Bard. Well RPG Maker has a set of classes, I think you can do some scripting to make new classes, but I'll have to look into it. But basically I run RPG Maker, make a world map, characters, enemies are preloaded, but you can make new ones and/or assign them new stats, etc. And basically code the game from there. Also, RPG Thread, UP (can I get it sticked or something, that way it's there in sight for everyone interested?)! NEEEAT. What are the preloaded classes?
I stand corrected, you can completely rework the classes to your liking, I was just used to seeing class sprites, but seeing as how the sprites'll be custom, there's no need to worry.
With custom sprites, there is:
Soldier/Knight
Pirate
Ninja
Blacksmith (or something similar, one of those big hulky guys)
Wizard
Elf
Some other classes.

Shoujo Phoenix hilaroma Zero Omega Alright, so I figured with all the free-time I'm gonna have (aside from whenever I get a job), I'd fire up RPG Maker and attempt to create an RPG again. Last time I tried was with my bar, but I had to reformat and lost all my data (and I don't think my friend with the backup data has it on his computer at school), I plan to remake that. Buuuuut~ I wanna try doing an RPG for AG, would you guys be interested? Atemu said he might be able to make custom sprites for us all, so our sprites would look like our Gaia avatars. I'm interested. whee Ditto. 3nodding

Streamjumper Zero Omega Streamjumper Zero Omega Finally caught up on School Rumble, now I just need to download the ninth episode. Stream, does Wannabe still do the fansubs despite the DOS attack and the fact the site is down indefinately? I know that there is another server with the torrent files, so will (have) they kept on subbing the episodes and putting them up on that server? They're saying that they're going to continue, but I believe they'll be taking their time... like they did with the first season. Towards about episode 20 or so they were about 2 eps behind and then they just began taking about a month per ep. Your Mom fansubs is doing SR2 as well, but their quality leaves a lot to be desired... their translation even feels like it is sucking some of the humor out of the show. But I've been keeping up with them... though lately they've been going pretty slow for speed subbers: the eps air on Sunday and they've regularly been taking til about late Wednesday or Thursday to post em. Hmm... Alright, guess I'll go with Your Mom for the time being then. I really enjoy Wannabe's subs and hope to see a lot more. Hell, when Wannabe comes out with the episodes I'll delete Your Mom's for it. Welcome to my world... And I'm down with you on Oudou and Applesauce, but I'm a Flute and Glasses fan myself.
I like Flute, but I'm kinda held back on who this person Miko-chin is after. Unless it's Asou.

Can I be one of those characters that starts out as the first boss you're out to fight who wipes out the party (or toys with them til they pass his test) who then joins them on their journey?
I did that with my last game. xd But I was definately thinking of doing it again with you, actually, 'cause you're Teh Gator and all, haha.

Streamjumper 3.14 So, how is the RPG going to work? Because I want to be a Bard. You should be a bard out to collect bards... as the main character. And we should all be different types of bards, skalds, troubadors, etc. Since classes are preloaded, just make the different types of bard in how the skills are named.
Yeah, the game is like, completely customizable on all levels so a lot of different classes can be made.

By backlogging do you mean just since he last got online or the full epic journey to learn the AG's sacred heritage?
