SJL My library had Aria.And I never got to read ********. gonk o_o *slap* I'm going to a party in a few hours. The only problem is that I have no idea where this chick's house is. MapQuest to the rescue.

SJL Could someone summarize Chrono Crusade for me? Cuz I took a look at it and it just look like a nun with nice boobies. I read the first 5 pages of the Manga. From what I gather, it's about a nun and her assistan Chrono who are kind of like exorcist in the Roaring Twenties.

Samurai-Katagi SJL Could someone summarize Chrono Crusade for me? Cuz I took a look at it and it just look like a nun with nice boobies. I read the first 5 pages of the Manga. From what I gather, it's about a nun and her assistan Chrono who are kind of like exorcist in the Roaring Twenties. I wonder why everyone keeps telling me it has alot of Christian influences. Excorsism isn't only limited to Christanity. Someday, I'd like to see an anime or manga about the crusades, that'd rock. cry

From what I gather, it's about a nun and her assistan Chrono who are kind of like exorcist in the Roaring Twenties. I wonder why everyone keeps telling me it has alot of Christian influences. Excorsism isn't only limited to Christanity. Someday, I'd like to see an anime or manga about the crusades, that'd rock. cry It has strong ties to Catholicism and its practices and beliefs towards exorcism, hence the assumptions that there are a lot of Christian influences. (and there is a lot of references to the teachings of Scripture throughout the anime) It is about a nun, Rosette, who is an exorcist and her assistant Chrno, who is, himself, a demon. It's pretty interesting, at least story wise. The character development is a little lacking.

I just remember at the end of each volume of Hellsing I've read, they've had a little sample of another manga, that sounds very similar to this one. I just can't remember the name of it. xp

Witch Hunter Robin is another Christian influenced Anime I have. It's really cool. If you're wondering why Robin has powers it's because she was trained by Jesuits. Jesuits own. cool

2Brolly4 Isn't it made by the same person who did Hellsing? Unless that's another one I'm thinking of. I just remember at the end of each volume of Hellsing I've read, they've had a little sample of another manga, that sounds very similar to this one. I just can't remember the name of it. xp I don't think so, the story in the back of Hellsing is based in the same world as Hellsing, only at a different time in a different place. (because the characters in that story were of the same sect as Anderson)
