Two eyes peered out of a black stain, which by now had stopped smoking. With a large puff noise, a humanoid shape burst out of the charcoaled remains, landing with a thump onto the ruined floor of the tavern.
"Whoa..." Bellamin exclaimed as he picked himself up and wiped the black dust of his clothes and face. "What did I miss?" He started to pick up his sword and singed wizard hat before realizing the damage before him. "Well, second time with divine restoration... And I still hate it." The spellsword cracked his neck and stretched. "Atleast he's delt with. Although the collateral seems pretty expensive." He looked at the obliterated scenery. "Hmmm... Looks like Miyr has a new resident looking for fame and fortune." Bellamin looked at Lugh before looking at the group. "So that's the last one... Right?"
((Hmmm... If the reward is 1 CP like the thing says, I mabye able to get fighter-mage sooner than I think))

Lazarus stirs, and then leaps to his feet, believeing that he had only passed out. He quickly charges his spell, looking around for his target. Seeing everyone looking worn, but no one enraged, he holds the spell, and glances in Bellamin's direction, "What did I miss? Is he dead?"

((All right. Here's how things will work. You all have been split into three groups based on what round you came in. When your turn comes up then you can pick what one item you want from the list below. Everyone will automatically recieve 1 CP and 100 chips per round of participation. The list will be updated and occasionally reposted for your convienance. So here we go!))
One Each
*Heal, Improved x2
*Gauntlet of War (Grants one 5 point special attack. Does not count toward one SA limit.)****
*Summon Anti-Magic Wisps
*Blood Knife (E2, if you hit an opponent with at least one normal attack this round they lose 1 attack stat till the end of combat, counts as a stun.) + Normal item of maximum 100 chip value from the item shop.
*Life Drain
*Twin Blast****
*Deflect
*Supreme Strike
*Spell Breaker+ 200 chips
*Steel Bracer+ Normal item of maximum 100 chip value from the item shop.
Or (This option can be taken instead of the above rewards)
*300 chips
*Request of item to be considered on individual basis.
Items with the "****" Marker next to them require you to sacrifice 200 chips from your reward to get them.

Alas, there are 4 things that I want, and knowing my luck, the one that will really do me the most good, I will not get.
But the others will do other people alot of good...
Hey Vincent, is there any way we can get Incenerate into that list?

By 'Per round of participation' do you mean when we're alive, or when we joined in.

Laz: I posted that one of the alternate options was to request an item specifically. It will be considered when your turn comes up.
Bellamin: "Per round of participation" is when you joined the fight. Dead or not doesn't matter.
4 Co: You coun't for 3...though it's by technicality.
Djanni: The equip is 5. It's like putting 5 points into a special attack accept that you can now target another person/monster/annoyance with the second special. Plus it can be switched out when not needed. That was the reasoning behind the item.

))That is what I thought. I shall have to think about what I want, for when my turn comes up.
And it's a shame there isn't a Warmonger Glove: (e2) (c3/3) Use a charge to deal 5 special damage to an enemy. This counts as your Special Attack for the turn.
Because that would be so sweet for Laz. Oh, and that means that basically all 5 of us in the first group get 300 chips? We were there from the start, and though some of us perished, the battle only lasted 3 rounds, right?((

Djanni has spoke with me via PM and she will save her 1CP and 100chips along with the Gauntlet of War. The next member to pick will be:

Lazarus! What will you take? Hm...I know you were talking to me about incinerate. If you sacrifice 100 chips you can get it. What will you do with your 1CP and 200 chips then?

Umm... okay... I'm fine with incenerate, but I think I'm just going to save my cp and chips. I know I'm saving the chips... gonna spend them later when I make more items. The solo Crypt member will be the "uber item lord" lol.

All right then. Laz will keep his CP and 200 chips and has the spell incinerate. On a side note, these changes will not be immediate, so give them some time. I have to go up through the chain of command on this. All right the next person is going to be:

Wait, so every one who took part will get an item? And they all pick in an order?
If so, how will I know when I get to chose? Or do I not get an item as I died in the thread almost instantly...
Varnis sat back up dazed as he wondered what just happened. He looked around for a moment, before falling back to the ground, and just stared into the sky, watching the clouds go by. "So... calm..."

I'll have the Blood Knife and get an apprentice amulet as the 100 chip shop-item.
That doesn't cut into my 300 chip pot does it? I need that to pay for my loans from the illuminati.
I be saving my CP until the God-War event is over so I may get fightermage before the dungeon.
And Varnis, he split us in groups and gave us a number depending on when we joined in. He'll roll a dice and if he rolls your number, its your turn. Apparently, it doesn't matter how quick you died, or how long you survived.

All right then, Bellamin. The blood knife and apprentice amulet will be added to your character along with 300 chips. And to answer your question it does not cut into the pot, since I tried to make everything even in value by keeping the items at a 300 chip value. The blood knife only has a E2, or 200 chip, value, so you got a complementary 100 chip item from the store to balance it out. Which is the reason that the Gauntlet of War (E5), Twin Blast (5 MP), and Lazarus' Incinerate (4 MP) all require the sacrifice of your own money to get.
Varnis, Bellmain is right. It's all based soley on the round of combat you entered. Dying is not counted as a penalty to your reward (I'm not that heartless). So even though you died in the same round you came in you still count for the two rounds of actual combat. Understand? I know that was a bad explination, but you're pretty smart, so I figure you got it.
With that settled...on to the next person!
