XXX-[C]hidori[K]night-XXX Fart of unconciousness I infuse chakra into me @$$ and fart a fart that smells so bad the body has to use its defensive mechanisim and goes unconcoius!!! LOL LOL LOL!!!!!!!!! I might add that one! but to which charater>? ninja ok... XXX-[C]hidori[K]night-XXX Eye steal technique. When the opponent is wounded or unconcious (Cannot be dead) I can take there eyes out of there head. I can either eat them, put them away, or take my eyes out and place them inside my own eyes making there eyes my eyes. Ummm no Ace Zero Lightning Edge-This Attack is just like chidori.But the different is that was made by a Ninja in the cloud that when this attack is learned the user must swear a oath to never teach this to anyone out of the cloud village.Just as strong as chidori do to the cloud ninjas power with Lightning-1500(Learnable by anyone in the cloud village Only)Ummm Change the name and yes I made this for the cloud village

Divine Water Method - Absolute Zero
A technique first said to have been created by the Yondaime Mizukage, who mysteriously disappeared a few years ago. This attack was an advanced form of the Hyouton bloodline that had previously almost become extinct. It was said that the young Mizukage had been able to make an area so cold as to stop time itself. This phenomenon was the stoppage of all molecular movement bringing the temperature to previously theoretical level of absolute zero. Due to the young age of the Yondaime Mizukage, the youngest Mizukage in the Water countries history, the skill was limited in it's range and put a huge strain on the user's chakra even more so then the Makyou Hyoushou skill that made that clan so deadly. Though it's range for the most part was limited to the area around the user's hand it's effectiveness made up for the lack of range. The Yondaime Mizukage used the Skill as his absolute defense and offense. With it the Mizukage could stop almost any attack and had even been known to be able to freeze a shadow in place. The attack became deadly if it came in contact with an opponents body. With a single touch the Yondaime could cause the water that makes up the majority of a human's body to freeze, causing all the fluids in the touched area to freeze into crystallized forms causing the afflicted area to explode as the the liquid expanded past the point that the skin could hold. Though the equally young Akuma may have stumbled upon the this mist Kinjutsu at his current level it's effectiveness is even more limited then that of the previous Mizukage.

You woulnd't get that to pass even if you were hokage, rikage,kazekage, all the kages and a sannin. Forget it that move is way to powerful. Good Luck not that it will help

I used to be the 4th Mizukage well... before the guild started anyway ninja it's not supposed to even work all that well at this stage. At this stage it's probably only works on the tip of a finger and drain the majority of Akuma's chakra to even use once.

Second Made-up: Aqua Mirabilis (Water of wonder)
The next evolution in Hedoro's form, this ability concerns her precise nature. Using this ability, she can transform part or all of her body into any other form of liquid. More complex liquids take a bit longer to alter into, while simple ones can happen quickly. Some liquids can be dangerous to herself, so she must be careful what she chooses to transform into, as well as how long she takes that form.
(Example: She can turn her body into regular water for an instant, long enough to escape from a rope binding.
Second example: She can turn her arm into aqua regia (three parts concentrated hydrochloric acid, one part concentrated nitric acid. Capable of melting most metals besides platinum, but is unstable and evaporates very quickly in open air. She can strike an opponent to burn them, but if she keeps her arm in aqua regia form, it will evaporate into nothingness in a few posts.
And so on.)
This is the basic form of Aqua Mirabilis, the second form only becomes able to be used after she's hit 20,000 chakra. (Can be raised if that's too low.) Due to her special connection to liquids, when she uses a liquid technique, instead of whatever liquid it would normally use, she can use her own substance instead. This doesn't subtract from her initial mass, instead it consumes the raw materials she's absorbed into a part of herself. (That's how she can eat and eat but doesn't become as big as a house.)
(Example: When she uses Water Whip, instead of water, it's basically just another of her tentacles, but it can deliver an electric shock on contact..
Example two: Water Fang Projectile- When she uses this technique, she can send small darts of her own material at an opponent, which are just as dangerous as the normal water ones.)
Obviously if she uses this form of the ability too much, she will become hungry, as well as not as quick to regenerate. She only has a limited amount of extra matter, after all.

ElementPro New Kazahana Moves:Aisu Doragon Yobidasu (Ice Dragon Summon) 2000 - The user summons the Great Ice Dragon, Rouzeki (or Rage). The Dragon is commanded with hand seals. For example Bird is to Fly. Boar is to Charge. Tiger is to Strike. Dragon is to go into a Tantrum. Horse is to pick up Speed. Rat is Evasion. Goat is to Self-Destruct. The user cannot be harmed while performing this jutsu as they are sealed inside an indestructable. The downside is that the user cannot move and is planted to the ground. Tsuin Kesshou Yari (Twin Crystal Spears) 800 - the user concentrates on the cold weather and creates two spears of crystal, unbreakle unless the user de-activates the jutsu. Aisu Bushin no Jutsu (Ice Clone) 900 - the user creates a clone of ice, that mooves quickly and hits hard, but cannot jump high since it's ice, and cannot be exposed to over 80 degrees of heat or else it will melt. New Rouga Moves:Tsumetai Ame no Jutsu (Freezing Rain Technique) 800 - The user creates rain and since it's so cold, the rain turns into nearly needles of ice. Upon impact, the force is like being hit with one of Rock Lee's punches. Buriza-do Ranzatsu no Jutsu (Blizzard Confusion Technique) 1000 - The user creates a blizzard which they can hide in, and can throw ice needles due to the cold temperatures. The opponent is completely unabl to see unless they are a Hyuuga or a Uchiha to see Chakra lines or the needles coming. Baisuu Aisu Se (Multiple Ice Torrents) 1000 - The user makes the "Bird" seal, and when that happens, house sized glaciers of Ice start shooting up out of the ground wherever the opponent touches the ground. For this to work, there must be water somewhere around. Tsumetai Hashira no Jutsu (Freezing Pillar Technique) 1000 - The user makes the "Dragon" seal and a pillar of ice suddenly forms around the oppoent using the H 2O in the air. This gives the user an opportunity to escape or attack. The ice the opponent is surrounded by can only be broken if the user de-activates the jutsu. Aisu Kirikae no Jutsu (Ice Replacement Technique) 700 - The user creates a block of ice right behind them in their exact shape and cannot be seen when used. The user flickers away right before being hit, and the opponent slams into the ice block.

Country Information  Country Background:The Snow country was a small and peaceful country constantly experiencing winter. It went through a period of hardtimes until the weather control generator was activated, allowing the country to finally experience Spring. The country had been on economic hard times for several years. Daimyou Kazahana Sousetsu was said to have nearly bankrupted the country putting money into the heating generator machinery. Later when his brother Dotou came to power, the country expended even more funds in weaponry development. After the removal of Daimyo Kazahana Dotou, his niece Kazahana Koyuki rose to power and the country began to flourish once again. The usage of the generator appears to have warmed the valleys of the country, allowing them to experience warmer climates. The surrounding mountains still retain snow however. Village Background:Hidden Snow was a fledgling village. With Daimyo Kazahana Dotou's desire for power, he began to hire ninja to come under the Hidden Snow banner. When Team 7 was sent to the Snow Country to protect the woman revealed to be Kazahana Koyuki, they succeeded in overthrowing Dotou and assuring Koyuki's rise to country head. Because of Koyuki's good ties with Konoha, it is unknown if she will feel the need to maintain a shinobi village. Leadership Country Leader:The Kazahana family has retained leadership of the Snow Country for the past 10+ years. Approximately 9 years before the start of the series, Kazahana Dotou removed his brother Sousetsu from power. He then gathered shinobi in the hopes he could gain enough power to challenge the Five Great Shinobi Countries. As such he served as both the country head, and the "village" head. When he was removed from power, Sousetsu's daughter Koyuki attained the feudal lord throne. The Sites Harbor:This harbor serves as one of the import and export ports for the country. Goods and people embark and disembark from this place. Kazahana Castle:The personal residence of the Kazahana family, the castle was partially burned when Dotou overthrew his older brother Sousetsu. It is unknown if Dotou later rebuilt the castle. Dotou's Compound:This massive industrial compound is the residence of Dotou. It also serves as the base of operations for Hidden Snow. The compound also contains prisons carved from the ice below it. The compound may in actuality sit on the site of Kazahana Castle. Rainbow Glacier Generator Terminal:This terminal sat at the center of the Rainbow Glacier solar panel heat and growth generator complex. Six huge panels were built by Kazahana Sousetsu to bring spring back to the frigid Snow Country. When the hexagonal crystal was placed into the terminal, the gigantic solar panels would activate warming the area, when the sun's rays would strike the panels, it would greatly increase the generator's capacity to warm the surrounding area, quickly spurning plant growth and melting the surrounding snow and ice. Because the generator was incomplete, the area was still subject to snow and ice in certain places. Koyuki planned to study and refine the generator and hopefully allow it to permanently remove the cold marking the country. Rainbow Glaciers:The Rainbow Glaciers had experienced the same frigid temperatures that marked the country. Sousetsu chose this location to build his heating generator. When the generator was finally activated, the ice and snow in the valley melted, and it could finally live up to its name. Capital City:This is the capital city of the Snow Country. Mitsuko closes her eys, makes the dragon handseal and breathes out gently. A large cloud of liquid nitrogen like gas settles over the area infront of her for about 20 metres. The gas freezes anything instantly into brittle ice that can be broken by a mere flick of a finger. The gas freezes very quickly, and so the area covered with the gas is dangerous only for 3 seconds.

Drago_the_Blackrose I will add them up except for the Blizzard Confusion Technique and the Ice Dragon Summon AS for the blizzard, the needles were an example. just the blizzard thing. and the dragon is just ment to be a big a** ice dragon, not an actual Summon.
